We are German and live in GERMANY! We love international cuisine, especially Indian. A dear indian friend gave me a similar recipe many years ago, but without water, just with a little oil, or kokonut milk
HER TIP: for a longer durability freeze portions in the ICE CUBE TRAY! That's how I've been doing it for many years, because we don't eat Indian every week. Thanks for your great recipes!!

Both my wife and I enjoy Asian food and when we came across your TH-cam channel it was a revelation. I wrote down the recipe and then watched the video a number of time to get the process in my mind. I cooked the curry yesterday and it was simply amazing. My wife commented that it was possibly the best fish curry she had eaten. The depth of flavour was amazing and I am certain that it is down to the process of cooking the spices and then the reduction of the excess liquid . We are regular viewers now. I intend to make some of your masala sauce base to freeze and will be cooking some of your other recipes very soon. The mutton curry looks incredible. Keep up the good work and thank you again. Kind regards Sid and Nicola, Rugby

Bravo. 99% of cooks throw away Cilantro/Corriander stalks,,, that's crazy,,, they taste exactly the same as the leaves.

Just made me laugh about the containers, my local takeaway gives us a small plastic pot with a lid on with yoghurt mint sauce in, I wash them all out and now have loads. I’m now going to make this paste and fill these pots and freeze them. Thank you so much for sharing this fab recipe👍🏽🙋🏽‍♀️ as a side note, I was adopted by a white couple as a baby but my birth Father was from the Punjab, Iv never met any of my Indian relatives but I guess the thriftiness of not wasting anything and washing out containers must be in my DNA! 😂👍🏽

Wow Latif, can’t wait to try this!
In the part of France I live in it so hard to get a good curry.
COVID-19 killed a newly opened perfect restaurant in the next town back in March.
I’ve been following your videos for the last few months and love them.
So informative and fun to try to copy your obvious perfection.
Although I can get close to the taste I like it won’t stop me going to a good restaurant (if one opens again) close to me. Right now I need to travel 35km to the closest.
Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your book 😉
