Yamaha is cleaner and has a silicone anti drain back valve.tje the media quality seems to be a higher grade as well. The Wix is just a typical mass production type filter with nothing really special sticking out.
Having the metal end caps on the Wix filter the oil needs to travel around and down the side of the filter which seams to have very little space. With the OEM the oil can travel straight down as it's open .. . Do U know why the OEM does that but not aftermarket? Thanks great video

Yeah I like the WIX filter as well and it's always available at O'Reilly's, I use WIX filters on everything.
I want to see a Balwin filter as well, B1400 is what it cross referenced as. They're easy to get where I'm at as well.
