This woman and Dr. Eric Berg also here on TH-cam are both gifts from God. I almost forgot, another channel that is informative is therapy in a nut shell. All are helping me be a better 48. Workouts. You ask? The bare female, heather robertson, and kaykay fitness. Food mostly Mexican and healthy smoothies. Im going through it with perimenopause. It's not easy, and i struggle daily to do the right things. This channel means so much😭😭😭🌱🫶 Subscribed ✅️
I've been listening to your podcasts and am a fan of your work. Thank you for being a source of information for people and explaining so well how the body functions.
Great timing. I can relate to the changes in my body and how gall bladder removal changed my body in many ways. I prefer warmed cooked food. Today, the gluten free oatmeal and later, the raw chickpeas, gave me digestive symptoms for the first time. My gallbladder was removed 2 years ago. I tried digestive enzymes and it made digestion worse. I’m about to try papaya digestive enzymes. Thank you so much. I just bought a mint plant and I’ll add ginger that I love, to my teas. I needed this. Thank you for affirming what I feel in my body. I’d love a video about menopause especially how to eat to reduce fat accumulation on our stomachs especially. (I think I’m through peri -m and I started late but there’s little info from my medical team and I appreciate your information. Subscribed 😊 Thanks very much
Ultimately what helped me most was going low FODMAP for a time and then slowly reintroducing some foods to see how I could handle them while my gut healed.
Yes. Endometriosis can cause bloating, as excess estrogen is associated with Endo, and estrogen can increase bloating. Yes, these suggestions can still help! Also worth it to explore hormone testing

I would also add excessive consumption of dry fruit, e.g. figs, dates, prunes, apricots.

Thanks Jenn!
I have listening to all your videos. I am learning soooo much.
I avoid pretty much most out all of those foods, and still have bloating.
I would advise seeking support with a practitioner if you're still struggling!

I would look into SIBO, I'm gonna take a test for it prescribed by my naturopath
Great video and tips, thank you!! I agree with all of these, doing these all at some point in my life have definitely helped.
such a great video
Thanks love all the great information.
Thank you, glad it was helpful!
@JennPike I would add SIBO as being a cause too right?
