So you mentioned wheat but since menopause I find that any type of carb causes an inflammation that makes my parotid glands swell( on sides of my jaws). I noticed that I still feel sluggish after eating certain foods but then when I hear nutritionists say “ cut out…” I end up feeling like “ Well what is left for me to eat so that I feel good and not like I’m starving?” I definitely agree about oils but most foods have them, certain fruits and veggies are seasonal so they aren’t always easy to find let alone tasty….😢
