    2:17: When we are angry, we have 3 options: flee, fight or freeze.
    What about negotiate?
    May be you mean to say that it takes interruption of the flee/fight/freeze options to be able to employ negotiation.
    Q1) I'm curious about how you include your husband's participation in the process of negotiating conflict, assuming your employ the negotiate option?
    Q2) What tipping point did it take for you to gather up the courage to consciously "tame" your ego to even accept the current situation, then consider the possibility of being at least partially on the wrong and then seek feedback from your husband, assuming that your husband respected your emotional boundaries?
