    I need a plastic bolt kit mines is a 2004 Honda cr85, will any honda bolt kit work?

    • @Fixin2Ride-Official-

      For the most part. But they are just basic track packs. So most of the bolt should work fine and look great.

    Picking up the suspension for my 1990 RM80 tomorrow. Going to run it at Dux then really rebuild it over the winter.

      Nice! You got the suspension rebuilt? What'd it cost you?

      @@Fixin2Ride-Official- TDC Racing did all 3 for $550. Was all bushings and seals. No springs or revalue.

      You can try Rocky Mountain ATV or Babbitt's online. And whatever you can't find their you just going to have to find on eBay or through a local Parts guy or purchase a parts bike

    when you washed the bike did your spark plug ignition coil and all those components go bad ? i’m debating if i should wash my bike the way you did it or remove the electric components. thoughts ?

    • @Fixin2Ride-Official-
      @Fixin2Ride-Official-  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry I didn't see this I responded to the other one. So the most common no spark causing issue after you wash your bike is the stop button so just disconnect it and blow it out compressed air and maybe use a warm hair dryer on it for a few minutes to evaporate any water left and then put it back see if it starts that usually will do it

      @@Fixin2Ride-Official- all good man thank you for taking the time to answer both them , when you say the stop bottom are you referring to the kill switch ??

    • @Fixin2Ride-Official-
      @Fixin2Ride-Official-  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah that's the Killswitch yep so pop that off and you some compressed air on it and then hair dryer that should get all the moisture out and you should have spark again. You can even unplug it or just unplug one terminal because all it does is ground out the spark coil, and if you unplug one of them that will break the connection being that water is creating a connection inside the button and you should have spark if that's the problem

      @@Fixin2Ride-Official- awesome thanks man , also one last question did you use a power washer or just a garden hose ? what type of aluminum spray did you use to clean up the frame??

    • @Fixin2Ride-Official-
      @Fixin2Ride-Official-  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I typically use a pressure washer. And then you can get some red scratch bright and aluminum wheel cleaner and that will help to clean it up

      No no nooooo. Still can ride dirt bikes through until December around here. Lolol.
      But in all seriousness. I do plan in starting seld repair videos sooner than later. As always. Got a lot to do. But right now I'm nursing my rib cage back to health. Wadded pretty bad last weekend. So trying to catch up on video editing and posting of the stuff I have from the past few weeks. This bike is actually done and my daighters taken it to the track for practice already. So that will all come next. Might throw some sled vids in here ans there though. Been thinking about. Got big plans for my 99 Thundercat 1000!!! Then will have some more atv stuff then sleds, sleds, sleds! 🤜💥🤛
