Top tip for you when I worked in off road bike shop, we took a blade popped baring seal cover off packed more grease in, you will be surprised how little is in them from factory👍good vid buddy

A tip for cutting bolts: run a nut on above your cut line. Once cut, taking the nut off cleans the treads on the way out.

Had one of them namura pistons explode into tiny pieces. Came in a quad I bought and she blew right away on my first ride.
Thats why i decided to rebuild engine even tho it had good compression.
If I wanted to do a build like this, does it matter what year trx 90 I use? Are all the frames the same? Is there any advantages of using one year over another?
Frames are same just depends on how ya want it to look.
