Amazing teaching of Scissors and Bicycles: I do these moves, but your guidance to "open the chest, and refrain from going into flexion with the upper back" was a super-helpful cue that I have not received (or my brain hadn't registered) before. I was totally sweaty by the end of the sess: beyond glowing haha! Thank you!
You are welcome Meruyert. Inhale as you lift your chest up to ‘chest lift’ position with your arms long by the side of your thigh. Exhale continue roll up to seated ‘C curve’ roll up position. Inhale - pause at the top. Exhale- roll back all the way down to starting position.

Hi Mira! Could you pls break down the breath in a "roll over" exercise? When to inhale/exhale? thanks in advance
