    The most killer workout!! The rollovers were a little confusing for me but I got the hang of it after rewatching a few times. Please make more advanced/intermediate workouts I love your teaching so much

    Nicole started me on my Pilates journey when I was looking for a new form of exercise in lockdown. Little did I know I selected one of the best teachers out there! I love how she is very encouraging yet knows how to push and the workouts are always challenging enough that I can still do them and have a place to work towards.
    It is baffling to me that her channel is free!

      I love her too! And I agree with you on the quality of teacher....if you’re interested, GYMRA on TH-cam has an amaze teacher named Lesley....she does 45-50 min intermediate and advanced mat Pilates...she’s really great too! Just a friendly FYI...Aloha!🏝🤙

    Your workouts keep me calm and are just *incredible*. The pacing, encouragement, empathy and constantly changing exercises are stellar, and your channel is the first one that allowed me to see results (I've tried everything from functional training, yoga, HIIT etc...)

    For all the newbies out there. Nicole’s workouts have changed my body! I was doing Ballet for the last two years and then The studio closed due to Covid. I’ve been consistently doing these workouts for the last 6 months - never felt better than I do now ✨

    This is one to work towards for sure! I did it but was definitely challenging, I will keep practicing and getting stronger as you say. I really like having the mini meditation at the end just a few deep breaths with you and thanking ourselves and our bodies. Such a peaceful ending. Thank you

    Pilates was quite new to me before lockdown. I've always done intense strength and cardio training and knew this was something I needed and wanted to get into my routine (for my mental health as much as my physical). Although I kept 'giving it a go', I never really 'got into it' - until now! So thank you Nicole. Your calmness, pace, strength and grace in your classes is inspiring. And I have really noticed a change in my ability over the weeks :) x

    Just done this one. Wow. I'm so glad I've been doing your workouts for several months now and feel I've worked up to it. I did get a quad cramp on those first teaser moves but I'd just come in from a three hour walk. Great workout and really challenging.

    I loved this! I only made it about halfway through but I feel so great for having done that much. I think I must be on the Intermediate range, working my way toward solid Intermediate.     You are truly amazing Nicole, I can finally get myself to exercise! My crazy life has kept me away for so long and your classes gave me some time for myself, even if it's couple of hours a week, I feel much better already.

    Your workouts are really my favorites. Since I found your channel, I excercise 4-5 times a week(2-3times before), I always in a mood to do your videos, no need extra motivation. The excercises just feels good, enjoyable, and I really love that it's always different movements and not a repetitive set. Also the choice of music is really nice, even volume is perfect. Your videos just perfect as they are. If you would post workouts every day, I would do them every day:D

    Also, can you make a list for pilates workouts for a week, there are too many workouts and I don’t know which one I need to do each day. For example, Monday need to do this abs and arms workouts, Tuesday......Can you understand what I am saying?🤔It will also be better when there are three separate lists for beginners, intermediate and advanced 🙇🏻‍♀️plzzz

    I loved this workout so much! I especially enjoyed all of the roll overs including ending with the boomerang. This was challenging, but still gentle. Please do more of this type of workout. Thank you for all of your videos. I love them all.

    I loved this work out! It was challenging and forced me to focus, so I didn't get distracted thinking about chores, my phone, etc. I also really like a 40-minute workout when I want a little extra but don't have time for a whole hour!
