Latelly I practice the classes for the spine and for posture. I really feel the benefits of the exercises. If there is a day when I can not practice, I miss it. I do also the beginner classes over again to do the basics wel. The 5 day challenge is fantastic. I love all your classes, really.
Great classes - I enjoy how she explains the intention of the body in each movement as well as emphasizing the breath with the movement. Very professional. Easy to follow no matter your level.
Wonderful class, definitely flies by with a sense of ease and intention. Great transition from beginner to intermediate, or great for coming back to the practice after some time off!
I think this was one of the toughest classes I've done with Beth. A few new variations I've never done - all slow which makes it extra challenging. Excellent!

I loved the length and content of this video. Thank you for the constant reminders about proper form and breath. I found the back extensions to be most difficut, especially when squeezing the legs together. Great workout!

Great class! I'm new to Pilates (was more into yoga before). I'm finding it hard not to have my neck muscles seize up when in the curled position. How do you take the work out of your neck? I have scoliosis, so am accustomed to carrying too much weight in neck muscles, because of mis-alignment. Thanks!

This was great, exactly what I needed this morning. I have a question, as a new pilates instructor myself, Ive had slight lordoris which Ive been trying to correct , my problem I think I try hard to pull into neutral (its not natural yet)when Im going about my day, exercising, walking, standing etc.. But in the process I squeeze my butt, which is causing piriformis pain.. My question to you, is there any tips you recommend that will help me maintain neutral without unconsciously clenching my bum? Sorry, bit of an essay there! xx Thank u for a great class
I’ve enjoyed this workout, it’s longer than I’m used to do and find it challenging, but at the minute 29 I have problems with my wrists they’re not strong enough to place them the way you do, is there something I can do to succeed?
This can take A LOT of time for various reasons and is not uncommon. You can try a different variation such as bending the knees or reverse abs as an in between.

Let it go! Don't force it. Over time with practice and consistency it will get better.

Great workout! However, 19:10 was hurting my hip bone. Any adjustment advise?
