Just FYI, every week when the team scout report comes out for your next opponent, there is a button in the lower right for "Use Suggested Training". Pressing that will add some of these, based off what the scout thinks would benefit most.
Fun fact: FAC have actually received their license for the first league. This means they will be allowed to play in it if they get promoted. There's also a chance for more than one team to go down/up if several Austrian Bundesliga teams fail to get their license.

This is quite useful to know. Up to now I would spam chance conversion when my team were struggling to convert chances, but I guess we don't need to do that on three consecutive nights just because I was angry we didn't score three or four sitters in the previous game.
A common mistake amongst non-glasseswearers. Trying to put them on at eye-level and stabbing their own eyes out. Either go above at the forehead and lower into place. Or go below at cheek level and move up into place. This way the less-vulnerable forhead/cheeks move the stalks open and out of the way so your eyes remain unstabbed.

Is there experimental data showing the effectiveness of these training regimes (e.g. set-piece training showing a marked difference in corners scored/conceded or attacking/defensive movement leading to an increase in win rate) or are the effects of these training modules anecdotal? A lot of the things this game tells you are flat-out wrong (or broken) so these things are always worth verifying.
Five trainings you need before every match - recovery, rest, attacking movement, attacking corners, and defensive shape. For big matches and derbies, add set pieces delivery and attacking free kicks. Add team work and match tactics if you have only one match that week. For big cup finals or cup matches that you think might go into penalities. Add penalities. Trust me, you will overachieve if you incorporate all these training into your weekly training schedule. Thank me later when you achieve invincible seasons (which I have done plenty with different teams). Here is another trick - before you hit continue to the match, change your set pieces takers’ focus training to their assigned set pieces - corner takers to focus on corners and long throw fullbacks to focus on long throws. They will receive a boost in game too.

I guess you can check that on your training summary which comes weekly in your inbox, in one of those columns tell you which areas are being focused and positively affected for A Week (not foe one match only). Those specific affected areas usually be written in green.
I actually think it is longer than 7 days, feels more like 10 but there may simply be some more to the equation. But it is very easy to confirm; go to Training/Overview, in the bottom middle will be match preparation, it will show you what is active for the next match. Check what is still there after said match. In my save right now I have some for my next match, I try to keep most on every match but this is just a friendly. I have teamwork, att movement, and def positioning (and what goes with them) active for the next match on june 28th. I had another match on the 24th, since then I have done teamwork. But the def shape was on the 20th (so 8 days before the upcoming match) and att movement was on the 21st.

I looked into one of Z's streams and it works just fine for him. I tried clearing the cache and reloading the skin but it didn't solve my problem. Does anyone know how to fix it?

That's the strategy If it feels unrealistic most fully professional teams train almost every day during the season, but it's a game and obviously play it however makes it fun

by comparing info in training week in review email what special focus your team trained with what trainings you have last 7 days.

False Nine in the 433. Ideal if you convert s playmaker. Say, Havertz. For an actual existing player, look at Firminho and his PPMs.
