The whole “hustle culture” around getting minimal sleep also sucks, especially on platforms like TH-cam/instagram. Terrible info being spread. Also crazy seeing how much caffeine affects our sleep and blue light, great stuff man!
Hey Man! Really appreciate your willingness to share your journey. Curious… How many subscribers did you have before you posted your first video? Have you advertising to gain viewers? Should I start posting videos before I even have subscribers? Been thinking about starting a channel (non-competing concept from what you’re doing).
What about food vs sleep? Did you see a pattern that eating earlier in the day is better (as Bryan J says) or that it creates a hunger feeling that wakes you up (my experience).
I really didn’t see a huge difference in my sleep based on when I ate. I have a feeling that my restorative sleep is less when I eat closer to bed, but beyond that I don’t think it makes a huge difference as long as you eat a few hours before sleeping.
From my experience, it plays a HUGE role! If you want a more rested sleep, eat your last meal before 6pm, and your last cup of caffeine drink before 2pm
Agree on coffee. I drink 0 or 1 cup per day before/during lunch ~11 am then nothing more. Matt Walker talks about how caffeine ruins sleep in his book.@@usa2342

I agree man! So much bad info out there. About to start trialing blue light glasses to see if those make an impact.
Sleep will change the ability to be productive in ways many people are missing out on. Glad you got to work on your own sleep!

Hunger battle will be at first, you just get use to it and adopt hunger as normal reaction
