    Strange. The FDA requires that for decaf coffee to be marketed as decaf, 97% or more of the original caffeine present in that coffee must be removed. The Swiss high water process using only water, no chemical solvents, can potentially achieve 99.9% caffeine removal. So to say that some decaf coffee contains 15% to 30% of the caffeine of regular coffee is simply not true. A level tablespoon of coffee grounds typically contains between 30mg and 40mg of caffeine, whereas a tablespoon of decaf coffee grounds typically only contains at most about 1mg of caffeine. But with the Swiss high water decaffeination process 1 tbsp may only contain as few as 30 micrograms of caffeine.

    1:08:00 Wow! Hearing you guys do not get a 100% Whoop sleep score really amazes me. I get them regularly. I guess not having a reason to get up at a specific time helps a lot too. I have had chronic fatigue for 5 years and I have had no other choice but to have my body dictate my sleep routine besides the time and way I go to sleep. I usually get up after I have done a lot of stretching in bed in the morning because that is mostly when my muscles are the shortest and have been for years. I am slowly making progress on my upper leg and pelvis muscles which have been almost spasmodic for years from all the pent-up stress, unexpressed frustration, anger, and disempowerment.

    If you really want to live forever eat nothing but meat, and do some fasting. I do a 36h fast every week and a 72-96h fast once a month.

    LOL, fools. Carnivore diet plus very few berries, nuts and veggies is way healthier than this vegetarian nonsense. There are ZERO essential carbs for humans. Nuff said....erm,... Long zone 2 cardio training causes hypertrophy of your heart, hence why many marathon runners in their 40's...

    Its really hard to eat 3200 cals with healthy food, because you feel so satiated and full all the time, and then you have to squeeze it in 8h window, which makes it even harder. I usually get 2700 in and then for the last 500 I need to eat right before bed time which then ruins my sleep..

    If you study the long lived of the world, they ate lots of animal products. The long living of Soviet Georgia ate lots of fatty ruminant meat and fermented pasture raised dairy products from kefir to fresh cheese and butter. Every vegan I have personally know looks aged prematurely. I wonder about the older ageless vegans I see on the internet as I see their followers not having the same results. It can be quite confusing. I look way younger eating zero carb rare ruminant meat. IBS gone in a week. I was strict vegan…all types of vegan for 5 years and it severely aged me. The oxalates in this diet are insane….The salicylates as well. I imagine he has some giants sloppy poops…if you have to wipe and get residue on paper your diet is inappropriate for a human.

    Can someone explain to me why these markers for accumulated UV damage are so bad? Skin cancer is an incredibly unlikely cause of death if you have annual checkups and they are almost always removed. Equally many foods containing specific polyphenols like dark chocolate and green tea have been shown to reduce the risk. Also im not convinced that vitamin D completely eliminates the need for sun exposure as no studies have conclusively shown that it is an adequate replacement especially considering that only 7% of the suns rays are UV.

    Just so everyone here knows, the reason that you shouldn't eat meat (if you won't stop eating them simply because you care about them) is because animal proteins shorten telomeres and therefore your lifespan. The 100s of millions of healthy vegans prove you don't need to eat animals or animal products.
