    Great video, Andrew! The only issue is that you did this right after your vacation, so your blood work results don’t provide much insight. It’s hard to tell what’s out of the ordinary since your body could still be returning to its baseline.

    I took it and my kidneys hurt like hell and I felt like I could run less and low-key depressed. Overall, I was most concerned about why my kidneys hurt like hell though the reason the bandit is because they haven’t done enough studies to see its effectiveness or the cons of taking the drug when I turned 31. Be sure to do your research before you take drugs guys just because it works on a mouse doesn’t mean it’s gonna work on you.

    Since you just got back from vacation and pigging out, how do you know these results aren't just a result of you living a healthier lifestyle? It would be better if you continue with the stack for another 1-2 months and then measure your results again.

    • @Project.Andrew
      @Project.Andrew 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, but how much more could change? Retested a1c since then, it’s back to 4.9%. Testosterone is 579 after discontinuing the stack, and only taking DHEA and zinc for T support. Free test has gone back up. Other markers have remained in optimal ranges. Ideally I’d spend more time on the stack, but there’s not much to improve for me in what I measured. Maybe speed of aging would change some?

    You need to keep trying this beyond 30 days to see if there could be further effects. It's not just a 30 day one off routine. I think you could see it as more of a marginal gains type of thing which over time compounds.

    Something everybody might want to know is that if you do something for 30 days, you will not see the results on average for another 30 days. Bio markers and blood results really can only change after more than 30 days of regular intervention. Food for thought.

    One thing someone could do that wants to improve their health and they are starting in a bad place (out of shape or over weight) could cut all of these doses in half. After all, they weren’t taking them before. This would cut the price down to $160-$170 a month. Instead of 2 shots of olive oil just take one. Cut the nutty pudding down to one scoop in your smoothie and not two. Take one garlic supplement not two.

    Does the blueprint stack only provide you 400 calories a day ? If yes what did you eat in combination/ what did you need to add to make it the whole diet ? Because that would add on top to the price of the stack which would make it even more expensive

  • @michaelparsons9236

    96 to 98% to me seems huge. the way i look at it you had only 4% reamining to reach 100% meaning if it goes up 2% youve increased bio marker optimision by 50% of the available amount that could see improvement.

    These variances could be attributed solely to natural variance from test to test, that's how small they are. The supplements are certainly not worth $360 per month, based on the blood tests alone.

  • @Jessica-kk1cz
    @Jessica-kk1cz 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

    First, many who are older and less healthy would have far better than 2% improvement. The reason is you’re young, which is a condition not a characteristic you will continue to have, and your baseline good biomarkers will get worse as you get older, without assistance. Second, clearly you haven’t priced out these nutrients on the market, from legitimate companies, because $369 is lower than expected. Most people, do not get anywhere close to the basic needs of nutrients, minerals, fiber from micro biome, light for mitochondria, which leads to chronic conditions such as inflammation, microbiome dysbiosis, telomere shortening, depleted immune responses, inadequate cell differentiation, epigenetic and genetic issues. Dr. Mark Hyman put it the best: if you grow your own food, if you go to bed with the sun and wake up with the sun, if you are active all throughout the day, if you’re getting adequate light, then you may not need supplements and good for you. If you’re like the rest of us, who stay indoors, eat processed “foods “which are entirely nutrient deficient, and spend most of the time sitting, and not get enough sleep, then you need supplements to partially compensate for the lifestyle. Make sure to emphasize that you started out healthy, and that others who may be watching should not assume that they also would only have 2% improvement. Thank you for emphasizing the importance of measurement, though, as that is a basis from which to measure improvements.

    Andrew -- Your RDW increased 0.5% in 30 days, and all your immune cell counts and platelets also went up indicating increased production in the bone marrow. What this suggests is the stack is actually harmful for your longevity. Did you get albumin measured and what happened to it?

    Thanks for this vid. Whilst you were already at a pretty high standard to begin with, to improve even upon that is actually good. I know 2% doesn't sound like much, but I wonder if it'll make a difference between living say till 85 and till 88 or something. If it can make something of a difference like that, as the protocol gets cheaper over time, it'll be worth it.
