ah okay thanks it works on the battery in the above link but for whatever reason not the Icon version of the same battery. Not even sure what the difference would be?

I have a 48V EZGO RXV lead acid system now, looking at the Vatrer 105 ah lithium. Any issues with changing this cart over to lithium because of the automatic regen brake?
I have the same battery and after 100% charge the charger shuts off and after 20 seconds with will turn on and off about every 20 seconds or so......is this normal? Thank you and thanks for all your video content
@Roll2Videos Great video. I have this exact 51.2v battery.. which I just allowed to totally drain-- and now my charger won't charge it all. I believe I need to jump the battery back to life. Any recommendations? Can I use a 12v jumper pack to get a small charge going... with the battery attached to my charger? Thanks
The 12V jumper won't work with that battery. It sounds like the BMS is in protection mode. Connect the charger, then go on the app and turn charging on.
I have a 48v golf cart …should I buy ….(four) 4- 12v 100ah batteries in series or (one)1- 48v 100ah battery ? Is there a better benefit of the 4 -12v 100ah each battery?
@@joras7457 I would recommend one 48V. Easier to manage, with 12Vs you'd have to break them down, charge them in a 12V configuration then reconnect them to balance the pack at least once a year.
Wondering what app you are using ? Mine does not look like yours. Also when the percentage guage tells me to charge the battery but I still have 39.0 volts should I charge? The cart still performs great. Hmmm 36 volt ezgo.
I'm using an Android. I'm guessing you have an iPhone. I don't know why the app is different between them. I don't understand the rest of your question.
I have a 48V Ryobi ZT540e zero turn riding lawn mower. Do you think this would work well in my mower? I would like to replace the four SLA batteries with one 48V LiFePO4 battery. I think it would have longer runtime/cutting time which would be amazing. I would love to see a mower swap video using something like this battery.
The reason why your over temperature test failed is because your heat gun send too mich temperature and melt the sensor plastic BEFORE the BMS delay can trigger and open teh relay. Normally overtemperature seting include a DELAY.. you should test with a lower temperature source.. such as hair dryer.
@@kcfyrproof4919 The pack needed to be charged and discharged to have a chance to let the BMS balance the pack. This video was with the battery right from the warehouse. It's all good now.
Very thorough video. I am interested in putting this in my wife's golf cart this season. We use in in the Lake Erie Island region. I was wondering if this battery will work? Here is the motor specs. It's a 48 volt system. Motor is 5 hp at 3.6 kw and a peak 14 hp at 10.3 kw? From my novice calcs it should work, but i am not sure? So I am asking an expert. Thanks in advance!
Why... Welding the screw to the buss bar... If one of those is under torqued and welded to the bar and not the jar you will have a hot connection. This is a sub par build. To top it off they used Philips screws. Good luck getting reliable torque with a screw driver
I'm pretty sure the screw is just to hold the bus bar in place while it gets laser welded. It's standard practice to laser weld these bus bars in the manufacturing process.
That company makes that same battery for whoever wants to buy them in bulk. They will slap whatever label you want on it. It ranges from 1499 to 3000 on price point. That’s with charger and screen. There is no difference between them being the same manufacturer making them for different companies.
@Roll2Videos I messaged both vatrer & kepworth. They both told me they're Eve cells & kepworth said their BMS is by Jiabaida. Can you confirm if the Vatrer BMS was the Jiamaida? If so, they're the same battery I think
I have noticed once i get to 99 percent charge on this battery im having trouble getting to 100 percent. Is it normal for it to take awhile to get that 100 or could there be an underlying issue?
@Roll2Videos it has overcharge protection so it will cut out once it reaches 100 correct? And 1 more question sir. Should it be charged with the battery on or off? Or does it matter?

Can this be used for an electric rider mower? The batteries only last 2 yrs there are four of them and very costly to replace.
