What you have said is true.Anything if enjoyed won’t be a burden on us.Rushing is never advisable.People have misconception about rice.Anything should be eaten in moderate and always adjust as per our activity.People eat protein bars protein mixes which has too many ingredients.Eat simple meals at one meal.Don’t make it too complex by adding too many ingredients.Which is hard on digestive system.Practice fasting once in a month.All our cultural heritage has been stamped as religious.It’s not there is lot of science in it.lot of ways of fasting.On auto phasing japanese scientist got a Nobel prize. Circadian rhythm. Don’t get upset just telling listen to your body.We can only do when we spend time with us.Health is wealth.👍

At this young age i don't suggest low cal/fad diets. Have balanced healthy diet on time. Have a active life style.

Hi Yeshwanthi, any fruit or vegetable high in fiber and beta-carotene would work. Like Banana, Mango, Peach, Carrot, Kiwi. But for the digestive properties of papaya the only substitute that I know of is pineapple.

Good that you are feeding your baby, now a days most of them are not preferring to breast feed for more than few months. c-section ayina kuda 4 months tarwatha exercise start cheyyavachu. So please do regular exercise. Try to have healthy food and don't reduce your calories till you stop feeding your baby.

Hi Harshitha, Whatever diet you may follow, it's good to lose 0.5 to 1 kg per kg. So according to that, up to 4 kg per month is ok. But it also depends on how much excess fat you have.

Hi Hema Latha, I don't suggest too low calorie diet esp in young age like you. Dieting means eating right food at right time. Please try to have healthy food, include more fruits, veg, seeds & nuts in your diet. Avoid deep fried foods, processed foods. And do regular workouts.
