It makes body alkaline and is cure for bloating and urinary tract infections. Orange peels are also good for health. Or you can get alkaline balls or Kent alkaline pitcher use it to make alkaline water. The alkaline water works as a great preventive measure for many deseases including cancer.

Suma garu, Navaaraa is a very good rice. Also, chinthaluri sannaalu, siddha sannaalu are very good (texture will be very close to sona masuri). Sonamasuri is dangerous.
