I live in germany and i used to follow intermittent fasting for 6 months. But when i started working in a pizza shop i got addicted to pizza. Now i am obese, and came to Dr. Raju garu to get motivated again.
I am 35yr old, my weight before starting Intermittent fasting was 91kgs . I started on Feb 3rd 2023, till now I had lost 5.3 kgs in 40days , without any exercise and with moderate workplace activity, I am feeling much better than before, more active than before . I was having thyroid problem.. after visiting couple of doctors., Every one suggested to use thyroid tablets for life time which I don't want..So I followed your diet plan 70% raw food (sprouts, nuts, fruits and vegetable juices) 30%cooked (chapathi with curry) food.. for 1month without using any medication.. and then went for thyroid test.. here as expected my report was normal. We are really blessed to have to Raju gaaru... we are planning for kids now so started following the same diet.. hope will get conceive soon.. If my experience inspires atleast single person..
