I am a retired physiotherapist from USA. I had a lung CA in October 2023 and had right upper lobe of the Lung was removed. I have difficult time doing stairs and fatigue by end of the day. Being in medical professional field I know most of the science reasoning behind it. Today’s breathing class explanation and practice session was outstanding. I have been doing breathing exercises but I got lot of tips like CO2 tolerance, breath and air difference, O2 in blood /body and many more. Sorry for the longest response. I am sure I will definitely improve with focus on breathing and yoga and cardio. Thank you.
Sprouts must be steamed before eating because it is difficult to digest.Very nice information.Arrey what about poha,idli,upma etc.,these are some common Indian breakfast,easy to make.I think eating moderately anything can be good for health.Thanks,God bless.
Respected Saurabh Sir,absolutely Nice Video,Breackfast is must in the morning to keep away various disease like mainly tuberculosis and many more ,what sir has said includes everything in suggested breakfast, now make a time table of all different breakfast separate in each day make a time table you will get everything and you are never get boared ,very nice and useful video and after yoga will get good hunger contraction,make your brakfast much delicious so follow it and enjoy Thanks sir again👌👌👌🕉

I think if we heat sprouts it's not that beneficial to health as we take as it's.
