What a pathetic upgrade cycle. They kept mentioning iOS 18 features when unveiling the iPhone 16 because they didn’t have anything noteworthy to discuss in terms of hardware.
They probably have lots of ideas but they delay them as much as possible so the sheep will keep buying the new iphone just for a single new button. You get 2-3 new feature each year and thats it !!!! Don't expect more just because every other company is lightyears ahead. Apple is the most innovative company in being non-innovative.

Obviously, a camera button has been done before, but the way apple did it is unique and cool and to my knowledge some of the things it does are not in other phones or at least not common place. If you don't value the new features that's fair, but just cause you dont like them doesn't mean they aren't new. You can't compare this camera button to one on a flip phone 20 years ago. They are in different leagues. You are either disingenuous or incredibly stupid if you can't recognize that
Is the image quality actually any better though? I’m almost embarrassed when friends with google pixels take photos side by side with me because the iPhone honestly hasn’t gotten better in nearly a decade.
Looking at the fact that an $800 smartphone in 2024 doesn't have AOD, has 60Hz, and has USB 2.0, it seems like they don't want to sell the basic model.
Hopefully we get a magic trackball on the 17, and a iSlide slideout keyboard on the 18. Maybe they can creare a hybrid between a smartphone and a dumb phone, maybe get an Apple Ericsson special. Oh, and don't forget the antenna. Maybe save that for the 19.
Apple did a tremenndous with the accessories and operating system, but the watch itself isn't much different from before. Why not take the opportunity to redesign the Watch X now? It's literally the Watch X-what an opportunity they had! As usual, Apple keeps doing the same shyt again with not much change in the iPhone design. Why are they doing this? They should give us a different design already, maybe even some custom colors. Why are there no custom colors? l always get the Pro, and they say it comes in "four stunning colors." Really? What's stunning about black, lighter black, and white just white? This is literally what they started with way back ago. Why are they bringing this back? Why does the Pro have fewer color options than the others? Who else remembers when people would say the new iPhone looks so goood? Why are Andrroids doing what Apple needs to be doing? Everybody is thinking this; they just don't say it. We are the great consumers, so don't hold back, or they will continue giving us not much for the same or even more. Make Apple great again!
