  • Today we are doing a daily pregnancy core and pelvic floor routine that is best to prepare for an easier delivery and fast recovery after your birth. A strong and functional pelvic floor helps support your baby and organs and doesn't leak when you sneeze or jump. These exercises are also beneficial for prolapse and preventing prolapse after your delivery. Safe for first, second and third trimester.

Dear Jessica, your channel has been with me throughout my whole third pregnancy. And even though the baby had to be stimulated (41weeks + 4), when the contractions started, it went so fast and smooth. After an hour my daughter was here. No damages. Even the midwife was fascinated by how I can control my body.
All thanks to you and your wonderful channel! Only during this third labour I had a truly positive experience. Two days postpartum today, full of energy, no pain, no hemmoroidis (I've been suffering a lot from it after the first two labours). I feel totally happy!
Thank you and God bless you and your family 🙏💗💗💗

Thanks, Jessica! Great video, as always! I have a hypertonic pelvic floor (been suffering the consequences from 2nd trimester!), I have done the video with no kegels added, would that be okay and do you have any other recommendations? Before this one, I was only sticking to your video on pelvic floor strectches (reverse exercises) from time to time.

Why can't I do the exercise at 5:40 ??? Like my leg literally will not lift up higher than a few inches. Is there a stretch you could recommend for increased flexibility in that area?

Hi! I’m 30 weeks in 3 days. I’m having issues to stick with the inhale relax and exhale pulling the baby in. I instinctively pull when I inhale rather than the opposite its take a lot of concentration and I lose it at a point doing the exercises 😂 does it really matter if I inhale and pull baby in instead or does that kill the whole kegel? 😅 enjoying you videos btw prepping for birth 💪🏾

Our diaphragm and pelvic floor move together so when we inhale and expand chest, pelvic floor moves down and when we exhale, pelvic floor moves up. If you're pulling up pelvic floor during inhalation, it's putting unnecessary stress on the pelvic floor which will weaken it

You can do it daily or ever second day depending on how much time you have and how strong you are feeling and what other exercises you are mixing into your routine also 💞 For example if you are doing pregnancy exercises/yoga 3 x per week then you could skip those days
