    i'm only 14 yrs old and 36 weeks. being a teen mom to be has been very stressful and this video is the only thing that can center me. ☺☺ with all the tension and pressure around my house these 16 mins are the highlight of my day !

      Hope it’s going well! Don’t give up on school or anything, my friend who had 3 kids by 18 decided to get her GED, it won’t be easy all the time, but you can do it!     32 weeks this helped a lot, I’ve haven’t done much exercise since I got pregnant, but this made me feel really good so I’ll be tuning in daily for daily stretches until baby gets here. Thank you 😊

    34 weeks today, definitely need to do more stretching since some of it was hard but didn’t feel like there wasn’t anything I couldn’t do. Feeling very relaxed and accomplished, thank you so much! I’ll keep tuning in as I’m sure this will make labor easier!

    31 weeks pregnant and this was my first time exercising since my first trimester. I had some complicates and was on bed rest but finally, things seem to be settling down so it's time to prep my body for labor! This was a great stretch along with the 5 min warm-up.

    29 weeks and feeling hopeful. Have been working out regularly up until 6 weeks ago when I started to pop and work stress skyrocketed. This workout is making me hopeful I can get back into regular exercise... though I find I battle heartburn now during workouts. Anyone else? I could never lie down with feet up the wall... my digestion is too off!

    Im 18 weeks pregnant and have been struggling with bad round ligament pain and was hurting severely before i stretched. I feel a lot better now. The pain in minor and i feel a lot more relaxed.     Hi! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and I’ve been following your videos for about 3 weeks now. I actually just finished up you 7 day prenatal challenge. I’m looking forward to your 14 day one.
    This video was a great add on to the end of day 7 on the challenge. I love stretching after a workout and I personally don’t feel like the stretches at the end of the challenges are enough for me.
    This definitely helped supplement it though. I love your videos! Keep doing a great job :)

    I'm 20 weeks. I haven't done any workout or stretch routines while pregnant. This was my 1st. The 5 minute warmup video made me realize how little my thigh muscles were getting used.     I'm so excited to start implementing this into my daily routine. I've been lifting weights & strength training for 2.5 years but now being in the second trimester, I feel great as I did in the first, but I CANNOT recover as quickly or go as fast and hard with workouts as I used to.     I am 34 years old, and I am 13 weeks pregnant. I have always been fit and normally stick to strength and cardio training. I have never been flexible and have found this to be an issue with my fitness and pregnancy journey due to pelvic discomfort.     31 weeks pregnant with first baby at 41 years old. I got up this morning feeling like I got hit by a bus. My hips are very sore from side sleeping and my lower back is killing me these days. I also got a shot yesterday and an iron IV, so one of my arms is super sore. This put me back on track! I feel so much better! Thank you ❤

      @@madhugupta1951 I've been following her channel for a month now. I take 1 or 2 rest days a week, depending on how my days are.
      I like to do her Full Body stretch and a 15-30 minute workout. Plus daily walks.
      Now that I'm heading into my 3rd trimester, I feel good and calm. Pushing till the end.

    I’m 6 weeks approaching 7. I love your videos to calm me down as I have a very high stress inducing 9 to 5. As soon as I learned I was pregnant I turned to your channel and stopped the high stress workouts which were not as pleasant as they used to be. Don’t get me wrong your videos still get my heart rate up and work up a sweat! Your channel has helped my overall mental health and gives me courage to keep fit during pregnancy. Thank you.

    18 Weeks pregnant and luckily found your yoga workouts after been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Doing yoga before bed not only has helped me to control my glucose levels on fasting, but also helps to sleep great! Really grateful for the work that you. Love your workouts and I know for sure these are going to be by my side through this journey ❤

    37 weeks. This is a great video too. I did lots of your videos and every time it makes me feel better. Even there are the bad days when I have low mood I do it because I know that after I will feel so much better and less in pain and hormonal 😅

    I am 28 weeks along and I get so out of breath so easily that most prenatal exercises are tough to manage (especially since I am trying to take a walk each day as well). Doing the 5 min warmup and then this is a routine that makes me feel good but doesn't take so long that I dread it. I am usually so into fitness, so it is strange to feel so out of shape.
