So, ever since I was 12, now 18, I have been so traumatized at how people explained birth, the stories I heard about birth in a hospital were horrific, but as I listened it sounded like something was wrong, like the doctors had no clue what they're doing, but when I found this channel, I cannot believe how good God is for taking my fear away, these videos make me feel so relaxed, and hopefully one day, I will have a baby following these wonderful steps, thank you so much❤❤❤

I know this is the most helpful and i have been learning a lot, baby boy is due in May, however, where i live (Philippines) there's no such thing as mother-lead pushing, everything is dictated by the midwife or doctor that with be attending, and you will be labeled as a difficult person if you go out of your way to give them your birth plan. Private or public hospitals and birthing/lying in clinics are the same😢. However, i am bringing with me my birth plan and a spokesperson for when i am going to the hospital, hopefully they will grant it. Please pray for me

You are God sent, an angel to guide us women during these nervous times before delivery. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Sister! ❤ I am 36 weeks and trying to find the best position to push my baby if she is still at the “O.P.” Position. My doctor won’t be there more likely when I give birth so I get the impressions lots of other Doctors, PN, nurses, or midwives automatically directs Mommies to push immediately when they dilate at 10 cm when their body is not even ready to push yet.
Pray for me please in Jesus name that pushing time is in God’s hands!! Thank you 🙏

The "peek-a-boo" can be frustrating and hospital staff is likely to pressure you to push out the baby, but it can also be your best friend. I didn’t tear during my first birth because I felt the stretch in the crowning so clearly and did some back-and-forth with the pushing. The pushing was 15 minutes so the baby was fine. I did midwife-led pushing but in this labour I want to feel the clear urge to push or preferably fetal eject reflex before I do anything because pushing was hard work and I was pushing "blindly" too much into my perineal because I had no insticts.

I am due February 15, 2025 with baby number 9 and I feel like I am doing this for the first time… I am hoping when it’s time I remember to use some of these breathing techniques….. congratulations to all the women who will be giving birth soon and to those who have given birth

I did not understand well while pushing.
So during contraction do we take a big breath and push using a sound ; just one time or we do it more than one time?
Thank you your videos are really helpful❤❤

Thank you for your videos! For baby #1 I never “got” that urge to push, the doctor and nurses were telling me when to and unfortunately I tore bad 😢 i am in my second pregnancy and worried this will happen again

I had the same thing happen, I had 3 tears. Recovery was soooo painful. I'm pregnant with my second and hoping to not tear this time and to not push so hard. I also want to not be on my back the entire time I was in labor

  • @ElaineFrancesca

I will say I breathed my baby out for the most part, but I had to 'blow bubbles' (I had to breathe out rather than down) to slow my daughter's head down as she came out. She was my first baby and I had no tears.

Yes, if it’s feasible for you they are amazing (find one you connect with) If not, then you can train your partner how to support you / advocate for you. Bonus, if you can find one to that does birth photography too (one of my biggest regrets)

I typically don't recommend the E vowel sound because it can cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract in my experience.
