Hi Dan, My biggest take away is you are willing to deceive the public in order to gain money and/or status by plagiaring exact lessons I learned nearly 20yrs. ago. thinking that a 20y/o lesson someone else made can be taken without anyone knowing because it is old and the views are young Please learn from this and cite your sources

This especially applies to my field being a dentist. I get a myriad of objections from cost, time, and anxiety. (Eg)
“Doc, why is your treatment so expensive?”
“I completely understand your concern with costs.”
“Many patients in your position felt the same way”
“What I found that the patients that postpone their care end up having their treatment get even MORE expensive over time because dental problem only get worse and costlier as we wait.”
      Thanks.

When you receive a lot of resistance, do redirection:
    1. Feel: empathy, I understand how you feel, I can see where you are coming from, I understand your concern
    2. Felt: others felt the same way, I used to believe the same thing, other customers shared the same concern
    3. Found: but here is what I have found, here is what I realized... When I tried the right vitamin, I felt better, my immune system is stronger, etc.

Yes, but the third step should not be about what YOU think. You should relate what OTHERS have come to realize. This keeps the continuity with step 2.

This is a great technique, my advice is not to use it so blatantly though, as anyone who has had any sales training will see through it. Great advice regarding the redirection, leading prospects away from their objection is very useful. One of the biggest things you need as a person in sales is being genuine, believe also in what you are selling. Then nothing they say will stop you from getting the message across.

I sold tools door to door in 44 states, in over a thousand citys towns suburbs... over 27 years!
    Starting when I was 17.
It was strictly commission, with no appointments.
My distributor always told me it's not a sprint, it's a marathon!
I had to learn how to pace my self through out the day!
35 stops a day was a good # in and out of companies, speaking with the owners.
I also trained a lot of people in my life. Wound up becoming associate distributor of the year. 2005
I enjoy your videos a lot, even though I'm out of the field now!
    Great video Sir! 👍

The 3 F's Feel, Felt and Found are objection redirection methods borrowed from the principles commonly practiced in martial arts such as Hop Kiddo(Feel) Empathy with proper use of tonality is to sales what blocking is to an opponent in martial arts(Ying) (Felt) is to Sales what grabbing is to martial arts.(Found) is to sales what using an opponents momentum against them is in martial arts.(Yang). Much Respect.

I did this with door to door sales every time I got an objection before getting the customer committed. Sure, it doesnt work 100% of the time, but this method is very effective in making the customer feel like you are working together with them and wanting the best for them in their eyes.

By handling properly the objections and resistance using and applying the techniques you shared you become a winner as you got your prospect with your convincing words.
Like you said, don't need to fight , resist or argue with your prospect to make him listen to you but with the right words to say to and respond to their objections. Just have a conversation and keep yourself cool. That's my take away !!

3 Fs sounds good. But maybe too blatant for some customers that have had training experience. I like to use a method very similar and if I get a second objection, i also like to use another method of redirection. This is in the form of a question where I ask why they feel against the suggestion, and that's where you can again redirect for another solution to the problem they have just given you.
I work in a tech company for selling portable audio, smartphones, HiFi, and computers :)
