  • Before I switched to the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the iPhone 14 Pro Max was my daily driver. Almost half a year has already passed since its release. It's time to tell you about the long experience of using a smartphone, especially since now there is something to compare this device with.

The problem with people is like this.
    Iphone is my daily driver
In 6 months s23 comes out, this will be my new driver
Another 6 months pass and the iphone 15 comes out NOW this is my driver
2024 come and S24 comes out THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER.
    Make your damn mids jesus...

As a tech reviewer though, switching your daily driver to the latest flagship model makes the most sense, in order to properly evaluate the phone for a review.

Pretty good review man! I am a professional photographer and been a Samsung fan boy for 7 years. But now finally switched to iPhone 14 pro max from S22 Ultra and absolutely happy about it. It’s just better at so many things. I am glad I switched.

I use xiaomi 11 ultra for more than 1 year, 120W charging with 3rd party charger. I also use 14 pro max for 5 month. If you say that high wattage charging chinese can degrade battery, I can loudly say NOT AT ALL, at least for my unit. The fact, my 14 pro max feels like phone from past 5 year with this kind of slow charging. When I in morning rush and forget to charge, this is why fast charging is important. With tight time left for charging, mi11 ultra 120W charging can give me more juice until lunch, and the 14 pro max can't stand longer than mi11 pro for sure.
It's time for apple for upgrade charging speed I think

I will buy iphone if no more notch or whatever they call it. It's just weird to me that thing is big on the screen there.

I'm an Android fan and I was wondering when or if Apple is gonna get rid of the notch. I'm surprised they haven't removed it yet

Dynamic island is here to stay until at least the iPhone 16-17

Interesting enough the S10+ had a similar cut out and the pro is around the same size I like the "dynamic Island", I don't like the lack of features on it

Technically yes, the 14 Series should see 4-5 years worth of iOS updates based on past and current iPhone support.
However, Samsung did promise 4 years of Android updates so maybe the S22 or newer 23 series would suit you if you’re used to One UI.

4:35 iPhone never shows your actual battery health for the first couple months, so that is incorrect. You need a third party app to view your actual battery health and it's not going to be a 100% ;)
