But there's a few problems I've had since owning this phone that really make me upset at how Apple almost made the perfect phone.

I've had my Space Black 14 PM 256g for a few months now. Nice phone. I don't use the AOD and the Island is nice. Battery life isn't an issue. The cameras need some tweaking on the binned 12mp shots. I have the Benks Kevelar case on it and it looks great. Also using a screen protector. It will be a decent phone for years to come. The only issues I've had is sometimes when you touch the screen, it doesn't react or wake up. Also, every once in a while, the Bluetooth with my air pods is jinky.
i have the iphone 14 pro, i can't see how its any different than iphone 13. Its just the same things changing over and over again, they either have clearer camera and slightly faster with slightly better battery life. BUT, they all turn to crap after about a year. so basically your just buying the same phone over and over again.
Still so wild that people out there go caseless and without a screen protector on their flagship phones lmao

I’ve had my 14Pm since release, Battery is still at 100% life, runs fantastic, the Display is flawless, The camera is amazing, The phone is just absolutely beautiful . Only con is charging with the case sometimes causes high heat notification 🤷🏾♂️ MINOR ISSUE but yes that’s it. I LOVE THE 14
I have the Pro Max and I love it!! Before I owned it, I owned the XR. There’s no need to change a phone every single year, but after 3-4 years of the same phone, an upgrade was needed.
Is the battery life and performance significantly better?! I still have the XR and don’t know if it’s worth upgrading 😢

I have the 14 Pro and I agree Apple needs to come up with a much better zoom camera, 3x just isn’t enough when top Android phones are doing 5x or more
My s23 ultra zoom is awesome as well overall performance over the iPhone 14 pro max apple lags and is so outdated
@@larry-of9kh the 14 pro is actually more powerful than the s23 ultra. but in the real world they are basically the same because s23 has a little better ram so it kinda evens out.

I’ve had the 14 PM and have been using it roughly 7-8 hours daily and still at %100 battery capacity. Which I know it should dip down soon but man the battery life is awesome.

@@fraugrace tbh, I have 12 pro max and it lasts a full day, I do keep a batpack with me. I do not charge overnight, wired CarPlay for 20 total minutes a day. 85% battery health. I think with bigger batteries and more optimized chips, y’all shouldn’t have to worry much. Camera and display is the most significant drawback. AOD is only if you apply it, but probably still beats a 12PM in a day.

I think it is the best iPhone ever made. I just have iPhone 14 Pro not Max version and love it. No complaints.
It’s still a beast. Got mine since release day in September and I love it so much. iOS 16.4 made it so much better now.
Had to downgrade to the 14 plus as couldn’t afford the pro max but that’s ok as well
My 13 Mini and 6S are better for me. I’m an old man who’s scared of eSIM-only phones. I don’t like the idea of having to call and beg some schmuck on the phone to change/discontinue phone service. I’m sure the 14 is very nice, though, but it’s not for me.
I love mine; however, I'm a phone geek and I like Samsung and Google phones too.

I didn’t upgrade to the 14 Pro Max last year since my 13 Pro Max is still absolutely blazing fast and reliable but I’m already looking forward to the 15 Pro Max . I really hope that red color is true though because it looks stunning.
Why does iPhone 14 have better colors? I want Yellow or Product Red or 14 Purple color. Why does "Pro" have to settle for boring colors?
I had the 12 Pro Max and the 14 Pro Max Blew me away how good it is. HUGE improvement’s over the 12 Pro Max

5)Front Camera can now tap focus
6)Rear Camera is actually better (I use the camera a lot)
7)Crash detection
8)Screen dim from playing Diablo while talking to my team and charging is much improved 🙌.
9)PRO MOTION 🤣 super noticeable
10)max brightness when I’m outside (didn’t know what I was missing ❤)
I skipped the 13 Pro Max and happy I upgraded to the 14 Pro Max
S23 Ultra is way brighter outside after 1-2 minuted cause the iPhone dims not as much lile the 13 Pro Max but the S23 Ultra is way brighter and over a Long period of time, but i Miss the Apple Watch

I so love that stainless steel shine on the edges of the phone. I don't think any Android phone has that same, equally handsome shine. I personally use the iPhone 13 Pro Max and without a case.
I would rather see a relatively good 5x zoom or 6x than a okish 10x.
None of my iPhones have had a scuff on it. Always put a screen protector, and case on it as soon as it comes out of the box. In fact cracked two screen savers so far however the screen did not even have a mark on it.
On hold with my iPhone 11 Pro until the iPhone has a IEC 62680 USB C style port with faster than USB 2/lame lighting port data transfer rate. If it is a USB C port with lame transfer rate sticking with my iPhone 11 Pro.
Leaks show may get it with the iPhone 15 Pro. If so Apple is going to get my money which has stayed in my pocket so far. Thing is I keep my iPhone's until they die, or in the case of the iPhone 11 Pro it was the OLED screen that I could see while out on my walks around the neighborhood during the COVD-19 pandemic.
As a normal still want a port for SLOW charging with a 5V 2A charger. Faster is not always better. Just a normal who plugs my iPhone in at night to charge.
I'm currently using an 11 pro and I'm upgrading to a 14PM tomorrow.. I see many people complaining about the battery, that it doesn't last as much as expected, going through only a day, it's draining quickly, and the health is decreasing.. should I worry about it? It can't be that true or bad can it? I just don't wanna start to worry about it.. as it's a overpricing phone for most.. I'd like to expect the phone to last at least 5 years.. The reasons I'm picking up a MAX model is strongly more specific for the battery to be great.. congrats for your channel and content by the way, may God bless you to keep going! I upgraded from the 12 and feel it’s better. But I had the base 12 so I’m not entirely sure if that’s a good comparison
The battery is bad on there end, because they turn on always on display. Always on display feature does drain battery quicker
I just ordered one I’m upgrading from my iPhone XS Max that I’ve had since new and it’s still not even got a scratch on it 😎 can’t wait for the 14 to come tomorrow though !

My 14 pro max battery has been deteriorating faster than usual. I’m using an anker MagSafe power bank 621. I’m at 96% in 6 months
Went from the XR to the 14 pro and it’s well worth the upgrade
Still using my iPhone 13 but I’d really like a better telephoto lens. Looks like I’d need a new Samsung 23 or pixel 7 pro.
This “dynamic island“ thingie is the stupidest thing ever. Instead of get rid of the notch like pretty much every other device these days, they’ve elevated it to a “feature “ as if it’s a desirable thing to have a black rectangle taking up screen space .
I love it! I upgraded from a used Iphone XS max. This is definitely worth the upgrade.

It’s a great phone. I’m looking forward to Apple making a major shift to the iPhone’s design/functionality such as a flip or fold version.

I upgraded to 14 from 11 and I don’t really use any of the new features even the island. But still a good phone
I have a question, the Iphone 14PM feels a little bit laggy with 120 Hz is it just me? the S23 Ultra feels way more smoother than the Iphone 14PM.
yup got the phone yesterday and kinda felt laggy my grandma got the s23 and felt so smooth and better but still love iphone ig 😂can’t wait for the 15
I don’t think the battery life is too impressive. With always on display turn on and 120 hz as well the battery is going down too fast. 😢
I am using this phone for 4 months now ( got it in January) but seriously it's awesome and the best part is I have still have 100% battery health

@@rhambalmores6442 don't let the battery percentage go under 30% and keep topping the battery up whenever you like it will keep your battery health at 100% for many more months

Failures to come just wait until iOS 17 and more glitches the 14 sucked mine smoked up while charging using Apple genuine cable from the box got all my money back after 6 months it took 2 weeks but apple agreed to fully refund me otherwise I’d sue them

I currently have an S21 Ultra and I am thinking of returning to iOS after a 6 year gap with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I will miss the zoom on the S series but the colours are so washed out I rarely use the 10x, and I've never taken a picture with the 10x that I would put on a canvas. Also, the shutter lag is killing me.

It will be a year next month since I got mine so far it’s very positive on my end excellent battery life even with aod on amazing cameras and performance and fantastic bright display my battery health is at 96% after 11 months which isn’t terrible imo at the beginning when I first got it wouldn’t charge from a lighting cable but after I got a update it worked as should plan on keeping this until September to see what the 16 holds
Interesting video. I have a 14 Pro Max and I find that I do use the 3x lens quite a lot - but there again, I always liked and tended to use longer focal lengths on my DSLRs. I had Canon DSLRs with a 24-105 (or equivalent) and a significant number of my shots were at the longer end of that focal length range.
I’ve been debating on upgrading from my IPhone 11 Pro Max my battery health is at 83% it gets me through the day but i don’t think I can wait for the 15 pros

I currently use the 12 pro and the longevity of my 12 pro has been really bad. After 2 years of use the battery health dipped to 78% and stayed there for 3 months, and got lots of issues but that might be due to dev beta but I’m in need of a new phone. 😂

Hey i got a question about the 14 and the 14 plus do you think the 14 and 14+ will get longer updates(or at least like 5 years) than the normal 13 because of the better chip and the 2gb more ram? i really want to have a long supportet device :D
It will probably be supported a year or so longer. It's kind of hard to tell though how long modern smartphones will get support considering just how capable they are.
iPhone 14 and 14 Plus have the same chip as all the iPhone 13
@@bengoey actually the iphone 14 got the improved version of the a15 which is only in the 13 pro and max and it got 2gb more ram so its kinda hard to tell how long it will be supported

i have for first time a iphone and man i love it evereyday i have no problems with it it was easy to understand design is amazing i dont have problems with my battery i love screen oled is great settings are cool i had android and samsung for years i have always have problems with it i dont like android mutch and samsung has a bad battery for me personality but now i step over to iphone i enjoy it so mutch with airpods pro 2 its great and having a blast! with apple

13 Pro Max is a better option. Extra camera. Same chip. Better Screen. Better Battery. Plus the better build quality. For me, 13 Pro Max is the easy choice

Great phone, I turned off the always on screen feature. I like to sleep at night with no glow.
You can setup Sleep Schedule and AOD will automatically turn off during your sleep time.

I don't know if this is normal or something like that because my friend 13 promax actually has 96 more than my phone in 1 percent did I charge it in the wrong way or something??

iOS has been boring me for the past 6 years. After 12 years back on iPhone I’m tempted to give android another try
Data transfer speeds with ports wont be really a problem in the future with Wi-Fi speeds and 5G speeds in 5 years honestly transferring stuff using ports and cables in 5-10years will prob not be a thing in the future because of Wi-Fi speeds and 5G speeds in the future.
I do all my transfers over the air and never get complaints about USB 2.0. Pro-users are different, but for the average user, the vast majority, just uploading to the cloud in the background on wifi 6E is a breeze. A loud few and a niche demographic always complain. Apple will be going USB 3.0, so hopefully, no more whining.
