P90X Round 6!!! Day 1 Chest and Back w/20lb vest

Back at it again with another round of P90X. This was tough but not as bad as I thought it'd be. There is some fatigue and tweaks I'll be making going forward depending on how my body feels next Monday. But otherwise, BRING IT!!! I am still shaking a little for how toasted my body is but I have so much gratitude from the knowledge I gained in the previous round. I expect big changes on round 6 with absolute respect to the body and mind if it tells me to stop or Back off. I look forward to another 90 days of bringing it every single step of the way with every increasing intensity and good form.
