Client told me to throw these Dell laptops out but fix their Lenovos.

Client asked not to repair the three years old Dell latitude laptops , but asked to fix the Lenovo.
Running slow, Office not responding, Browser sluggish.
intel Core i5 10 gen
8 GB of Ram
250 Gb SSD

If you're going to fix these up, you should add their performance benchmarks to the comparison of the before/after Dell micros that you're also upgrading.

I did “before and after” benchmarks on the Lenovo’s, will do the same thing on the Dell as well.

Id think someone could use them, school donations or something like that

@@Scott.The.IT.Guy. is their something in the lenovo Hardware firmware that would save a company/school and force you to try to sign in upon reinstalling windows to the machine? if so is their a way to reset this?
