Tamarind is good??? It will absorb the blood from body.. mainly leads to iron deficiency
Instead of normal tamarind we can use Kudampuli which is a better substitute..
That sounds scientifically inaccurate. Blood has many components, only HB has iron element and survives 3 months in body and gets breakdown by spleen. How can tamarind ingested do such complicated procedure

Haemoglobin and iron deficiency is very common in women these days.
1.Drinking a lot of water.
2.Protein is needed in body for growth of hair and nails.
3. Iron like Dates, Jaggery etc.
4. Antioxidants like honey, green tea.
My intake is Flaxseed laddu's for hair maintenance, weight loss, regular cycles etc.

Dates and jaggery has less iron and more calories. Greens and whole pulses are better resources
Calories are fashion words now a days ...intake of dates and jaggery with correct quantity will go a like a dream am the one who benefitted from that even though am a diabetic ....
