- After a long day or even a long week, the mind and body may call for a zen and stretchy workout to relax the nervous system. Regain flexibility, range-of-motion and a sense of mindful balance in this 30-minute full body stretch workout. A yoga block is used to bring the floor up close as an option to make the stretch easier.
