Stretching on Pilates Reformer | 20 Mins (Apologize Audio Cuts Out for 4 Mins)

  • Pilates reformer stretching routine. Apologize around the 10 minute mark the audio cuts out for about 4 minutes, I had to delete one of the songs for copyright issues and wasn't able to keep my voice. This is 20 minutes of stretching on the pilates reformer. These are some of my favorite stretches to do for my hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and back. I find that anytime my back is feeling kind of stiff or sore, that if I stretch out my hamstrings and glutes, it relieves alot of the tension I had in my lower back. This is a great routine to do on an off day of working out hard or if you have been sitting for a long time and just need to move and stretch at a slow pace.     Yesterday I had an epidural pain procedure for chronic low back pain. This was a perfect stretch class for me today. Have to lay low for a couple of days.

      Hey Christina, so sorry about the audio! Last week I got an email that a song I had on that video was copy righted, so I thought I could remove the song without removing the audio but I guess that didn’t happen… I’ll see if there is a way I can add a voice over to that section.

      Awesome, thank you! I apologize, I’m. not sure what you mean by arch like? In this video most of the time I’m on a red and blue spring. When I do the single thigh/ lunge stretch I’m on 1 blue spring. Hopefully that answered your confusion 😊

    Thank you very much for this video! Just wanted to let you know that their is an issue with the audio. Around the 10:20 to 14:25 time frame the sound disappears for me?

      Hey Kerri, yes I know, unfortunately I had to take out the music bc it was copy righted and I tried to just delete the music without deleting my voice but couldn’t. I made a newer stretching video that has these stretches with all the audio in there 😊. I apologize for the inconvenience

    Hey Michelle! I love all your workouts, thank you! I was enjoying my stretching with this video but then the sound was off at around minute 10, and then came back after minute 14... I tried a few times thinking it was my computer, but it's definitely the video! Maybe it's broken? I hope you can fix it because it's great! Thank you :)

      Yes it’s the video.. a few weeks ago I got a notice that it was as a copy right music so I tried to delete music without deleting my voice but it deleted my voice. I created a new video that I posted this week to kind of replace that video until I can figure out if I can add audio again

      Yes unfortunately I had to delete the background music for that section bc they said it was copy righted and I tried to find a way to keep the audio but couldn’t. I ended up making a new stretch workout with these exercises because I lost sound in this one

      Yes I know, I apologize. There was a copy right problem with one of the songs so I tried to delete the music and keep my voice but it didn’t work. I made a newer video with pretty much the same stretches because of it. It’s video #58
