This was a great Workout for this 66 year Body.
I was once an avid Exercise Person.
Then I endured Domestic Violence at the hands of my Narcissistic - Psychopathic then-husband.
His ABUSE ensured that there were years - that I could hardly walk to the back of a grocery store.
I am now on the fast road to recovery - with Reformer Pilates.
I had gone to a personal trainer - for a short while - but she did much repetition of the same Workout - each time. That meant the same muscles were included in every Workout. That does nothing to increase Neural Pathways.
I recently purchased by own Reformer Pilates. I chose the Studio - by Balanced Body.
I am so excited to utilize many Videos - to ensure that nearly every muscle is included as I continually change my Workouts.
I would like each Workout to be a new experience of Growth - and Improved Health.
I am very aware - that every new Mind / Body Interaction movement - creates new Neural Pathways.
At 66 - that is important.

This so far has been my “to go” Pilates workout. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and this workout feels a little challenging but yet I feel refreshed after completing it. I am always looking to try out a new workout whenever I have a flare up because I am afraid I’ll be bed rested for the next few days. Thank you so much and please add more videos of these types of movements that work great for sufferers from chronic pain! ❤

Thank you so much! I appreciate the time you spend video-editting as your wonderful, detailed instructions are crisp and easy to hear. I needed a basic warmup today like this to follow with some stretching as suddenly my body lost alignment. (I found my body torqued in one direction.)

You are so welcome! I am really happy to hear that the workout was a good fit for you :) If you haven't checked out any of the Postural Therapy workouts, those focus on alignment of the body with light stretching just using your own body and no apparatus.

So good! Surprised I sweated a little! I have tried various reformer workouts for beginners, but I always come back to yours. Your style is very soothing, and your cueing so good that sometimes I don’t even need to look at the TV to know what position to be in or what the exercise entails. Thank you!

Love everything about these videos, they can be challenging yet soothing at the same time, I love how your method allows time to feel where I need to readjust, and I'm able to note which side needs more work... just everything about them. much appreciation for these.
