As someone restarting their fitness journey, I can get really down on myself for feeling tired or out of breath and sweating but then I see Jo sweating along with me as the fitness instructor and I remember it’s ok and I’m actually moving a lot more than I have in years so I should be proud 😭 Thanks Jo! I usually don't leave comments but I wanted to share my thoughts. I'm just now starting my weight loss/healthy living journey and I've been nervous because I always start a journey but never follow through. I'm dealing with a lot of depression and getting out of bed each day has been very difficult. I've been doing this workout every morning for the past 7 days and it really helps improve my mood. I was dreading doing it today just because I'm feeling really down, but I feel a lot better than I did earlier and more motivated to take on the day. Something about Jo mouthing "I'm so proud of you" really makes my heart happy. I'm going to continue to do this every morning and really push myself to stick to the journey. It's also really encouraging seeing other people's progress from these videos. I'm glad I came across this channel.
my biggest goal is to just show up for myself even for half an hour every day if it's even for just a walk. I've been pretty sedentary and it's time to be my biggest cheerleader again!

My top goal for this month is to restart my skincare routine! All this sweating from these amazing workouts help get rid of a lot of stuff in my pores, but this cold weather has my skin looking a little dry and sad.
Everyone is different but I experience the same thing around my chin sometimes my upper or lower eyelid and sometimes above my lip area but it’s eczema for me and hydrocortisone ointment (not cream, it’s drying) applied after shower and as needed and follow up with a moisturizing lotion has helped me immensely . Check with your dermatologist it’s been a game changer for me and hopefully you too. ❤️
Hi it’s me again. I’ve been doing different videos of yours and I feel super confident always encouraged to push myself more. You are such a delight! I’m so glad I found you. I canceled my other workout subscription. Your workouts are full of energy and it really works. I’m already seeing transformation. You make me consistent I do two videos a day of yours. I suffer from nerve condition called rsd. There is no cure for it. It’s throughout my body. I had a neurologist tell me just keep moving. That’s what I have been doing for years. I only just discovered Jo and her videos get me into a routine again. I started working out before christmas last year and then got sick for a while and lost all my energy. These workouts are so much easier than most, I was struggling with others before because the exercises just weren't fun for me (lookin at you, burpees!). Jo's workout are low impact and the walking inbetween gives you a break to not get exhausted too quickly - and on a day where I feel tired I just do a 10 or 15 minute one and still feel like I accomplished something. Earlier I used to start gasping for air after 5 mins of cardio. After a couple of weeks of Jo's beginners playlist and dumbbell training videos, I got to the 13 min mark before I needed a break. This is magic

Done! 4/13/2022. I have to watch my knee when I do side moves because I'm feeling sharp pains. That's very new for me. I've been making up a different move when Jo does the side moves I can't do. OMGosh!!! Jo, this workout was amazing!!! At one point I was huffing and puffing and my chest was on fire and I was saying “where is this cooldown?!! Lol but I loved it! Burned 178 calories in just 20 mins!! thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Your videos are the perfect fit for me. I love the cool downs since I’m not use to working out at all. I’m a mom of 4 boys. Last 2 were c-sections. My youngest just turned 1 so my body is still at a blah standpoint. My main main goal is to be able to look at myself in the mirror & love what I see. Compliment myself instead of pointing out all the negatives & comparing others to myself. That’s all I want. I want to be healthy & fit as I possibly can be. Wow! This was my first workout of yours. I started my fitness journey roughly 3 months ago at 10 months postpartum. I was so skinny from anxiety and Postpartum depression which caused me to have little to no appetite, severely lacking energy and motivation, so weak and in pain. I started working out with hopes to improve my mental health and energy levels. I am so much stronger and healthier after these few months. I was working out at home doing mostly banded strength training and some dumbbells / body weight. Now that I have gotten stronger and have more energy I am looking for these types of workouts. I'd like to share my testimony. I used to be 230 pounds but last year in May of 2021 Jesus set me free from unhealthy eating and helped me to lose almost 50 pounds. I am now 188 pounds. I didn't lose weight from using these videos. I just started using these a few weeks ago because I wanted to switch up my workouts but I love these so much more than what I was doing for the last year and a half. ummm you are either very short or were barely moving because 87 kgs is not even THAT bad

I'm at 222 myself. I work out Monday through Friday but I think I'm gonna try doing a 20 min workout twice a day... I've been super depressed and haven't been moving much. But I don't mind getting a workout in with Jo so may as well do 2.

I've been struggling with weight and self image my whole life. This is my first week and I already feel stronger mentally and physically 🥰🥰🥰
Wow I can’t believe it. I burned 300 active cals with this workout and 356 cals in total. This workout was amazing, I got the sweat early in the morning 🥵. Thank you Jo for your workouts, I feel amazing after doing them 🥹. And so far I have lost 6lbs in one month. I’m hoping to lose another 6 pounds for the next month 🙌🏼. I’ll be back for updates 💪.
I am 18 months postpartum. I am slowly working on going back to my pre pregnancy weight. I am so glad that I found your channel. I have been doing your workouts 3-4 times a week. I haven't checked my weight, but I do see a difference. Thanks Jo!!!!!
My top goal for this month is to restart my skincare routine! All this sweating from these amazing workouts help get rid of a lot of stuff in my pores, but this cold weather has my skin looking a little dry and sad.
OMYGOD YES! I don't know if it's the masks but this Winter my skin, especially my chin area has been haywire lol!
Same around my chin is dry dry, doing what my mother says and using Vaseline. Excellent workout on the other hand, enjoyed this one ❤️
Everyone is different but I experience the same thing around my chin sometimes my upper or lower eyelid and sometimes above my lip area but it’s eczema for me and hydrocortisone ointment (not cream, it’s drying) applied after shower and as needed and follow up with a moisturizing lotion has helped me immensely . Check with your dermatologist it’s been a game changer for me and hopefully you too. ❤️

Hi it’s me again. I’ve been doing different videos of yours and I feel super confident always encouraged to push myself more. You are such a delight! I’m so glad I found you. I canceled my other workout subscription. Your workouts are full of energy and it really works. I’m already seeing transformation. You make me consistent I do two videos a day of yours. I suffer from nerve condition called rsd. There is no cure for it. It’s throughout my body. I had a neurologist tell me just keep moving. That’s what I have been doing for years. I do suffer after any workout but I rather keep the body parts moving than not being able to move completely. Thank you for taking your time in doing this for us for free. Your truly a blessing. I’m ready to tackle my day now. I’ve completed this workout smiling and feeling good.

I only just discovered Jo and her videos get me into a routine again. I started working out before christmas last year and then got sick for a while and lost all my energy. These workouts are so much easier than most, I was struggling with others before because the exercises just weren't fun for me (lookin at you, burpees!). Jo's workout are low impact and the walking inbetween gives you a break to not get exhausted too quickly - and on a day where I feel tired I just do a 10 or 15 minute one and still feel like I accomplished something. That’s amazing I’m trying to loose at 20lbs by the end of the year. Have you tried out her app. Apparently it says I need to consume 1678 calories a day to loose 1lb a week and I am struggling I normally only eat like 2 times a day and snack in between

I really love this workout, I felt I was a kickboxing baddy, a basketball player, and footballer, and just plain having fun! Trying to work on loving myself at every stage and let go of my family beliefs of having look, act and be certain way. Done! 4/13/2022. I have to watch my knee when I do side moves because I'm feeling sharp pains. That's very new for me. I've been making up a different move when Jo does the side moves I can't do. Love the workouts! I've never found anyone that I stick with and I look forward to these workouts with Jo!

Your videos are the perfect fit for me. I love the cool downs since I’m not use to working out at all. I’m a mom of 4 boys. Last 2 were c-sections. My youngest just turned 1 so my body is still at a blah standpoint. My main main goal is to be able to look at myself in the mirror & love what I see. Compliment myself instead of pointing out all the negatives & comparing others to myself. That’s all I want. I want to be healthy & fit as I possibly can be. I’m not a fitness person by any means but I’m at my heaviest & I want to change that so bad. Thank you for your videos. I hope I can really keep up & be consistent ❤️

Wow! This was my first workout of yours. I started my fitness journey roughly 3 months ago at 10 months postpartum. I was so skinny from anxiety and Postpartum depression which caused me to have little to no appetite, severely lacking energy and motivation, so weak and in pain. I started working out with hopes to improve my mental health and energy levels. I am so much stronger and healthier after these few months. I was working out at home doing mostly banded strength training and some dumbbells / body weight. Now that I have gotten stronger and have more energy I am looking for these types of workouts.
I LOVED your energy. I got chills when you’d say “I’m so proud of you.” This was such a great workout. I wasn’t expecting to sweat but, ou girllll. Thank you for what you do and spreading your light and beautiful energy across the globe! Keep doin u!

I'd like to share my testimony. I used to be 230 pounds but last year in May of 2021 Jesus set me free from unhealthy eating and helped me to lose almost 50 pounds. I am now 188 pounds. I didn't lose weight from using these videos. I just started using these a few weeks ago because I wanted to switch up my workouts but I love these so much more than what I was doing for the last year and a half. They are so much fun and extremely effective.
I want to tell you that Jesus can help you. He did it for me. He gets all the glory. He will bless your weight loss journey just give Him the glory. All of it. He isy reason,y focus and my motivation.
