      Hahaha! Hopefully they were so tired that they didn't even notice! Some of our videos were filmed for an all female audience without the intent of sharing them on TH-cam. This was one of them. We thought even though the language was geared toward females, the good outweighed the bad. Going forward, however, we have kept in mind to be all inclusive with our language. It is so cool that you recommended our video to your P.E. teacher!!!!! You get an A+!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your support!

    omg i did it!!!!
    didn't pause, im so proud of myself
    if anyone is curious, im 112 pounds (51 kg) and 5´5 (165 cm) and burned 200 calories. i exercise when i can but most of the time 3 days a week. so im not that active, but those are the calories i burned

    UPDATE: Now I'm down 40 lbs and have s ton of energy every day. I have more energy at 40 than I had at 20 yrs old. This is such an easy and fun way to work out. I can't believe the results I've had in 5 months!!
    I've been doing this (and a couple videos in rotation) every day since October 20th and have lost 14 lbs...very stubborn menopause weight. My energy is high day to day and every day I dance with you guys, I get better and can last longer. Thank you SO MUCH for what you do!! This is such a blast! It sure beats the gym or even just doing crunches by yourself.

    i got assigned to do this from my PE teacher. So basically i was doing this dance in my conservatory and my neighbours came outside in the garden and i forgot to close my blinds and they saw me do the dance and i looked so stupid!! Ever since then, they never talked to me ;-; btw i love your videos!!

      I do love Michael Jackson! lol Sometimes, rather than cueing actual words, I will make a noise to let the student know that the move is going to change without too much interruption in the music. Not sure if that's what you're talking about, but if so, there you have it.

    I usually never comment, but thank you so much for the affirmations that you say during the workout. You're right, we should focus more on cardiovascular health rather than losing calories. I find it easy to take my body for granted and ignore all the amazing things it can do, like dancing, jumping, running, and even burpees lol, so this fun workout was a great reminder to love my body :)

    This has been sitting in my Playlist for awhile now. I finally tried it today, just wanting to sweat, and it certainly did the job! I look forward to integrating it more regularly into my routine & getting better at the moves 😅. I definitely recommend doing a 5-10 min warm-up before diving into this though.

    I’ve recently discovered your channel and just want to say you’re awesome! Cardio can feel like such a chore for me sometimes, but doing it in this dance style with the pumping music is so much more motivating and enjoyable! I’m trying to break away from visible/physical goals and focus more on my fitness and cardiovascular health, so the challenge of completing these workouts is definitely a fun one. Thank you! :)

    This is my new go-to workout when i want to work hard but don’t want to have to focus on a lot of choreography. It’s perfect. And the touchdowns and turns are great agility training ❤️

      That's a good question, but we don't keep track. We try to just workout every day because it's fun and we love to move and we let the rest fall into place.

    Hi just wondering, how many calories does this burn as im following a plan with a nutritionist and I’m tying to get the right amount of calories off as part of the plan.

      Hi Zara! It is hard to put a specific number of calories burned to our workouts because everyone is different. On average, it should be around 100 calories per 10 minutes.

    This was so much fun! I love cardio and spin for 1 hr 5 days a week which is a challenge this was just as challenging. I loved it and your enthusiasm and encouragement was great too. I will be doing this often, like the music too 😊.
