      @Blue Too I suppose the fairness of your skin is a confounding variable.
      I’m Greek so fairly olive toned. But regardless, I would still burn and peel with prolonged exposure previously.
      This sun effect blunting seems to be a commonly reported effect amongst carnivores. One theory is that high levels of seed oil lineoleuc acid in processed foods causes skin reactivity.

    • @keywestfan2503
      @keywestfan2503 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Blue Too Ha! I am a nice mahogany color right now. I’m shooting for a deep, rich burgundy.

      Update: I'm no longer eating kale. My diet is mostly scrambled eggs with grass fed butter. My skin is pretty good minus the flare up recently due to stress. Anyone else feel like they're in the twilight zone? I love my family and try my best to tell them what I know so they can make smart decisions, but they are so out of it. I've noticed that I have close to zero skin problems unless I get a lot of sun, and then I get a few pimples here and there. My skincare routine is literally washing my face when I shower every other day with cheap synthetic shampoo. I don't exfoliate, I don't even use washcloths. Then again, I also am usually not sweating at all outside summer. There might be some side effects from not getting much sun though, so you should probably read the sun exposure vs mortality stuff. Although not all the studies control for excercise. It would be nice to see a study on whether it's safe to stay inside a lot in summer if you're active most of the year.

    Im 32 and still dealing with acne. It has improved quite a bit when I cut wheat and started eating keto. I've tried mostly meat but it's been very difficult to stick with it.

    Do you have any videos debunking sun related skin cancer

  • @alphacause
    @alphacause 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    People who look to sun screen as the only means to protect us from the damaging effects of the sun must explain how we were able expose ourselves to the sun for centuries before these creams were invented. Most of human history has been one where we were outdoors for most of our waking hours, either hunting or farming, and yet entire populations were not being wiped out as a result of skin cancer. This points to not a deficiency in topical remedies, but something changing internally to make us susceptible to skin cancer.

      Its because weve began consuming unsaturated plant oils for the past century, they allow for the sun to be damaging

    Rubbing Banana peels on the face works wonders too. Sounds goofy but give it a try. 10 minutes left on, rinse with warm water and your face will look incredibly clear and healthy:

    I use fresh lemon water, glycerin water and my freshly rendered pork fat... I actually massage my clients with my freshly rendered pork fat. Many of them have had skin irritations from coconut oil and olive oil during massage, so I switched over to my pork fat and everyone is doing great on it. No skin irritations at all...even my clients with serious skin issues are doing great with it. I love your videos! Heidi Lynn
