    Thank you so much, Adriene. Truly and honestly.
    I'm going on a boat trip soon (where swimming will be involved) and I'm a bit nervous about it. I haven't entered a body of water in over 10 years because of.. well, various reasons -- one of them being that I have long felt very uncomfortable at the idea of stripping down to a swimsuit and showing my body to people.
    But after doing yoga and following along with your videos, I actually feel so much better about my body. Objectively speaking, I don't look that much different to how I used to. But I just... feel differently about myself. This might sound weird, but yoga has helped me really get acquainted with my body. I can't believe I was walking around for so long and I never really even looked properly at myself, I never touched myself (heyo) or moved myself in the way yoga encourages us to do. Even just the simple act of opening up my chest and taking a deep breath in was something new to me one year ago. And somehow it makes a world of difference. I'm human, we're all human, and it's beautiful!
    So even though I'm still a bit nervous about going on this trip, the fact that I'm going at all (and shopping for a swimsuit this week) is really a testament to what yoga can do. And I dunno, maybe I'm kind of looking forward to it. I used to love the ocean as a kid. I hope I can rediscover that "childlike joy", as you often encourage us to do!

      Profess uh I love this! I am much like you on this. I still have yet to even find the time to be in a two piece suit in public! I just haven’t found the time! I hope that you have a wonderful time and have a blast!! ❤️

    i’ve been practicing for a good while now, and the tears that sprang into my eyes as i started to properly fly in crow for the first time were pure joy. i trust my body to hold me, i know my arms won’t let me down, and for the first time there were no hesitations. happy flying everyone, namaste ☀️🦅

    In the intro when Adriene was talking about toning and stuff I thought this is going to be a hard one and I'm not sure i've got the energy today. About 7 minutes in I said to myself, I'll just do the next little bit then I'll stop. By the time I got to the really hard bit (for me) - the ole Simbas - I thought well I'm really near the end now, I might as well finish. So a note to future self, this one isn't as hard as you think it's going to be - don't skip it cos you're tired!

    My intention is to come back to a daily practice after a while of forgetting the importance of yoga for my well-being. Today, I managed to get through about half of the video before needing to stop and rest. I know that listening to my body is more important than finishing the video, and that with time I will be able to get through entire videos again. Thank you for sharing your light, Adriene. Your channel is infinitely wonderful.

    I'm surprised of how well I could follow everything! Somehow doing those practices in Yoga feels way better than if someone told me to just do sets like in 'regular fitness routines' 😅. Lovely day 7 for may2023 ❤

    Loved "lots of love in and lots of love out" when I opened my eyes and saw the ocean, I had tears in my eyes. What a great metaphor for all the love we have. Great practice. Namaste to everyone.

    Flows at this point in my yoga journey are not my favorites but I follow the calendar knowing I will benefit from them. I actually prefer this flow practice as it moves more quickly, and the energy just buzzes through me🐝Ready for the day

    I just wanted to contribute my humble opinion. The success of yoga with Adrienne is that you find a personal touch to her studio/home sessions. I feel like I am welcome into a home, for private yoga sessions, I also enjoy seeing Benji. I have practiced with Adrienne for over 5 years! I feel that trying to do the "yoga on location" formula is like trying to do the same thing the rest of the yoga instructors are doing. I feel that is not as inviting with the voice over, it feel somehow disconnected. I would prefer to keep it real and with a direct connection. Just sharing my loving opinion with you all. NAMASTE!

    Renew Day 30: This was a good, fast moving practice. I had to keep my eyes open at the end because I didn't want to miss the beautiful view of the ocean!

    I started practicing yoga on May 5th 2020. I never really intended to keep going, but here I am over 750 days later and I haven't missed a day yet. I used to hate seeing this video coming up in the calendar. All of those vinyasas which I absolutely could not do. But I embraced the belly flop, and still built strength by accepting where I was. It's now one of my favourites. Thank you Adriene for all that you do.

    Good yoga practice but I did struggle today, I thought balancing ocean flow would be gentle and calm. Boy was I wrong, I feel exhausted but in a good way. It just shows me its a practice, and that I will get better at it over time . I'm definitely going to return to this yoga video in the future and see if my practice has grown.     Attitude of Gratitude in full bloom 💛 doing this as the sweet ocean breeze tickles my toes.

      Hmm ... a few thoughts on my previous post ...
      1st breathe / breath an ongoing struggle the English language & yes it's my 1st & only language 😮
      2nd dates on TH-cam dates are off ∴ I started adding dates, day, month, year. Today, 28/01/2024, my post from May 2022 says 1 year ago ... weird!
      3rd Today, after doing this practice 3 times, I finally hit thumbs up ... often wondered why YWA's videos had lots of views but not as many 👍 Guess it's because of people like me 😅

    Ahh! And we've come to the very end of April. I did this practice bright and early, before breakfast, as I feel all good endings should begin.
    This month for me carried a lot of change, a lot of new, a lot of growth, and I can't thank you, Adriene, enough for guiding me on the journey through it all (as much as I can't thank everyone within this community for keeping me company and brightening my days :D). Today left me with a feeling of hopefulness and excitement for the month ahead, and all the months to follow. I'm excited for this life, and that is a feeling I know resides within me at all times but am rarely conscious of.
    So, Renew crew, it was lovely traveling through this month with you, and see you tomorrow, when we will begin learning to Trust! Namaste

    What a lovely flow day 28. I actually felt like my body could keep up and do this slightly faster than usual one (almost all of it) after 4 months of yoga with Adriene every day. The ocean in the background was so peaceful and powerful. Was joined by my 5 year old son for the last 5 minutes (and bulldog who took the opportunity to wash our faces until he was sent out) and there’s something really precious about hearing a small voice say ‘namaste’ along with me at the end. Feeling super chilled and thankful now❤️🙏🏼

    FLOW 🪷 | May 28, 2022 | When I see Adriene on that balcony by the ocean, I know we're in for a workout 😅. But this is truly such a gorgeous practice. Not just because of the beautiful scenery, but the vinyasas, the twists, the asanas are just so beautifully woven together. I did this outside today, and the humid air definitely contributed to sweat on my brow and fog on my sunglasses! 😂 I'm going to throw in a "we've done good" to everyone doing this with me on this 28th day of Flow, or anytime! 🙏👏

    As a senior yogi I enjoyed this invigorating practice by missing out the vinyasa flows and peddling a little in downward dog. Although it was swift, I breathed calmly and slowly through each move. There was some yummy core work at the end, but low to the ground it was a good strength builder. I peeped at the waves at the end, what a beautiful place ! .... then did my own Namaste 🙏 see you tomorrow for May’s Trust, off we go 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

      I chuckled when I saw your comment from 10 months ago about looking at the waves rather than closing your eyes at the end, and then again today....I did the very same, and enjoyed it so much. Fun, and yes, invigorating practice. I could ALMOST imagine I was there on the balcony with Adriene :)

    I'm on day 30 of HOME today, but have a very long walk, with pub lunch scheduled. So I thought I'd slip in a shorter practice over on this months calendar and save HOME for later. HaHaHa body feeling very activated!! Definitely going to visit this one again! Hoping I can get to the point of moving with grace and ease, and deeply connected to my breath, even when the pace is quicker. Thanks Adriene. Have a great day yogi's 💜

    Last day of Renew! It was great to finish the month with creating heat through movements, however they were quite quick and fast paced in comparison with other days so sometimes I struggled to cathch up!
    I'm glad I could finish 4 months doing yoga everyday without missing a single day although I was quite new to yoga and now I'm getting better in some poses and I see the change in me!
    Looking forward to Trust calendar! See everyone tomorrow to start another theme for the month!❤ namaste❤

    I love this short quick flow. Very challenging. Got a little bit of time in crow pose. Feeling stronger each time. And I love the beach scenery. There’s flow right there in nature. 🙏🏻

    I started this year with Breath and I committed to myself to practice at least once per day. I became very deconditioned because of the pandemic and depression. I have not missed a day since :). This practice helped me to see how much progress I have made since January, and I found myself thinking throughout the practice about the progress I have made. This practice has literally been a lifesaver. Thank you - Namaste

    This one is such an underrated practice! I loved the pace, was exactly what I needed today. I'm actually quite moved to see how much progress I've made, I can really feel the difference in strength in my body. So much gratitude for you and this practice that you allow us to deepen through your big generous heart, Adriene.

That's so wonderful. :-) I have had a period where I slowed down and struggled with keeping up with daily practice, but since then have found my way back naturally, simply by noticing how good I feel when I do it and how I feel when I skip.     Looks like I last did this one in April 2020, some months before I finally stopped missing days. And here I am now wondering how this will be on my SI joint which is recovering. You know what, let's do it, even if I find I have to pause and rest more!

      Wow. To those who are just starting their daily practice, take note. Even with some lingering soreness, I managed this sequence well, a testament to Adriene's guidance and making it to the mat everyday. Always listen to your body. Use child's pose when needed. There is no shame in pausing the video while you do that.
      And now I am off to ANOTHER shower. I usually shower afterwards but it figures that on the ONE day I don't, great sweat arises. 🤗😝

    Flow Day 27, whew really worked up a sweat with this one, barely had to come off of my wrists, yet had to back off of the one legged stances due to sciatic flare up ( worked myself too hard yesterday) 💙💙💙 sending out love to anyone who needs it today

    I was sweating by the time we got to crow pose and had no expectation that I would be able to do it but I'm in awe! This was the first time in my life I could actually hold the crow pose! Strong like the ocean 🌊

    Yoga for me is a daily check of how I'm really doing. And today I started crying in the beginning of the practice. I can tell you, it's not very practical that tears start rolling down when you're in forward fold. But I was letting them and five minutes later, it stopped. I'm so grateful that I'm able to give myself this check every day. That I can find the time to choose for "me".

    legit when Adriene went "and now yogi bicycles" I said out loud, "adriennnnne whyy" but I did it! Been doing the whole month of yoga, I did the whole month of April and then moved in May so I didn't do the whole month but June is gonna happen!

    Day 8 June practice, “the one on the balcony with the waves”. I loved this flowing practice. I am used to your occasional commentaries Adriene, they seem to help my flow and breathing as I go with the pace and with the repetition on both sides I know what’s coming. I try to pay attention to your details along the way to refine and improve. Lots of fun , couldn’t keep my eyes closed at the end though .... had to watch those waves then do my own namaste 🙏See you tomorrow on the mat for Day 9 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

      @@gillsmith6740 we CAN do it! After the last 60 minute one, I think we can cope with anything (almost!!). I'm not so far from you - in Letchworth Garden City, north of London on the A1. We've visited North Norfolk many times, and love it. Norwich is a lovely city too. Also, I was born in Suffolk! We too have been blessed with rain, which has been so welcome - although I love the summer weather. Could do without the wind though!! x

    Wow! I have been doing yoga every day with Adriene since March -- I gave myself the gift of time during my birthday month, to do this. I'm practicing today at the end of May and I felt so strong! I know I couldn't have done this with such ease in February. It wasn't total ease, but I found it in places. Practicing every day is really transforming my emotional and physical self. Thank you, Adriene. Thank you.

    Finished Renew!!! I can feel my body and health changing so rapidly! I could touch my toes in a month and a half! Something I could have never dreamed of❤️ today I got new yoga pants as a gift and was totally energized and excited for this yoga, and I took no breaks! And did over 3/4 of the planks, and didn't falter during the downward dog and I'm grinning, THANK-YOU Adriene❤️❤️❤️

    Thanks Adriene. We had a loss yesterday when Mum passed. I found you a few months ago with True, the Revolution and now Act. Oddly (or not) Day 7 was 'Grief'. Today, a day behind, was 'Ocean Flow'. Mum loved the ocean, as do I.
    So I guess I'm rambling a bit now and certainly you've heard these sentiments before, but I'm so glad I found you, even though you are quite far away, I get to spend some time with you every day. It's sort of like she gave me everything I needed and you make sure to remind me. Much love from Vancouver BC.

    Thank you Adrienne for guiding us to make us feel better. I have certainly enjoyed these 4 months doing your calendar. I noticed that you offer Yoga for surfers and yoga for runners and others. I was wondering if you could prepare a Yoga for Gardeners. This is the spring and I am sure that lots of your followers might spend some time this spring working in the garden. We would love to have a yoga that would support our love for the plants and prepare our bodies for planting and weeding.
    Really appreciate it!

    Hi Adrienne, I just finished Center which was great. But at day 30 I wish that you had done a little voice over like in this video so many years ago. This has always been one of my favourites because of the calm voice over. Thank you for keeping on. You haven't aged a bit in 7 years btw. Best to you
