    For some reason I burst into tears at the end when Adriene said "you deserve to feel good." So simple. But I really needed to hear that I guess. Happy day 16, folks.

      This. I just started this in July (hey, it's 2020, we're going nowhere fast anyway) but right at the end, I just absolutely burst into tears between "you deserve to feel good" and "namaste". Apparently this hit some emotional release for me that I didn't realize I needed.

      @@erinchildress2957 Fully with you here, I am following Adriene's July 2021 calendar and I also burst into tears multiple times during this practice today. I really felt "bleh" today and feeling slightly better after the practice. Thanks Adriene!

    I recently went to Hawai'i (and only missed a few days of my daily practice). This is the 3rd video I have watched since coming back home... In the middle of one of those downward dogs, a few big handfuls of sand fell out of my clothes and onto the mat! It was just like I was at the beach practicing with Adriene (and the rest of you!).

    Delight day 27🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, like yesterday I got a little distracted as my dog decided my mat was the best place to lay for the first half of the practice 🤣 I was fully present for the second half when I got full use of my mat back😀. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

    Day 8 of May - Bloom 🌼 - would love to be standing on a sandy beach right now! I did this practice in my art studio with my little cat, who curled up in my lap at the end.

    I did this flow this morning as part of your June calendar. I have never commented before, but I have been doing your yoga videos for years. I love them! I was feeling very emotional drained today and your kind words during this flow really helped. I had a big cry after which I didn't know I needed. Thank you!

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! Bloom Day - 8 is amazing! Wow! I think I may have a new favorite practice. Shockingly, this is my first time studying this one. My cells, organs, muscles, and nerves are massaged. I feel much better. This is a cool morning flow! I needed to hear, "Nothing is permanent. Things are always changing.     Spark day 31. 665 days in a row. I thought to put the air conditioner on as it is so hot, but then I saw Adriene on the beach and decided to continue without it. That lasted twelve minutes when I finally felt a real need for cool air. Feel great now, nearly halfway through a four day weekend. See you 👋 for the new Alugust calendar tomorrow. 💜🙏🤗

    I did not sleep well coming into this one today. Early on the mind was fighting and the body was wobbly. However, now at the end, while still a bit tired, I do feel energized and ready for the day...and a shower.

    Thank you for everything in this video today. The beach, the ocean waves, the helping where my head was at before and after. Today is my birthday and I have taken the time to just be. I walked with a friend, I received some phone calls, I am surrounded by some beautiful flowers for my birthday and Anniversary. I have had a good day some quiet in my day. This Yoga practice helped center my thoughts and made me feel more at peace with the quiet of my day.

    This was a special one! I'm so appreciative for Adriene and YWA community, it really does feel like there are thousands(millions) of us doing these at the same time. All of us, just trying to be better people and I feel that. Day 23 of expand!

    Bloom day 8. May 2023. This was nice after a long day of travel and meetings. I had no energy, so was glad of a slow, gentle flow. Feeling more stable in high lunge these days, helps as well.

    For Day 16 of Courage, the one on the beach with the shades, a really slow flowing practice but strong. I wish I had your air Adriene to breathe deep ! Wonderful ! See you tomorrow on the mat for some core work, so good for this senior yogi 😊 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

    23rd June 2021. Exactly what I needed today even though I have done this practice before. It had a different meaning just trusting and listening to your voice. At the end of the practice I felt so much better. Thanks Adriene. Be blessed. 😘🙏

    Some days the universe just offers perfect timing. Both my energy and my emotional body were feeling "meh" this morning. I really had to drag my buti onto the mat, along with a nudge from my good yogi friend (who I text when I need nudging!) This "lil' diddy" was just perfect for me today. I've been struggling with contentment and this practice has my emotional AND physical self renewed and reenergized to face the rest of the day. With everything going on in the world, I have so much to be grateful for ... namaste!

I've got Fibromyalgia and have been struggling with it alot lately, after catching Covid 19 for the second time. But your wonderful yoga always makes me feel that little bit better and more human again. thank you Adriene you are a gift. 🎁 your awesome, I'm awesome, we're all totally awesome.     Feel soo good after today's session. Saw in comments I did this 9 months ago and what a difference. Today I'm alive and full of energy and life...even got my workout done before my yoga, which was so nice to stretch out the muscles and the back feels soo good.

    After goodness knows how many months in lockdown, I am REALLY missing my walks on the beautiful beaches of the Scottish Highlands, they are still out of reach for us, so the couple of videos you have done for us this month, with the sound of the sea, have been so soothing and refreshing.     I couldn’t fall asleep and I was still awake at 04:00 AM my body was restless and my mind was racing. Skipteken day 18 of Yoga Revolution cause I got to feel good cause I know it will play tricks on my mental health. I am not gonna do other excercises alt that was the plan but I am listening more to my body. I just need to stay aligned that would me enough for now. Thank you Adriene.

    This was a perfect end to Spark, I felt so proud and free during this practice. Spark was the first calendar I followed and I am amazed at how much my life has changed in a month. Can’t wait for Begin! 🌱❤️

    This session was just perfect. Just what I needed today. I was feeling "blah"😂
    Had low energy, unmotivated to workout etc but after this session, it restored me and gave me back life and energy.

    It's not a thing that happens often when I follow your videos, but after bowing our heads down at the end, the tears just kept on coming! After my mom forced me to join one of her yoga classes, I've never stopped loving yoga! I really needed this today, thank you!❤

    Today I looked down at my hands during downward dog and for the first time my thumbs were straight and flat on the mat! 💪🏼I think fundamentals yesterday helped.
    The bow and arrow move felt amazing on my back muscles after martial arts class earlier in the week. Feeling amazing! Thanks Adrienne. Sending love to everyone one else feeling amazing together 💖

    I found staying long time on high lunges challenging, especially balancing my front foot is difficult for me. I enjoyed spending time with Adriene today as always and will come back every day.

    So I've been on my period and it has not been treating me nicely. I have severe headaches and even a little vertigo, so whenever I do a forward fold or switch poses with my head too quickly, I get dizzy. Reading the comments before practice helped getting me on the mat today. It has been much gentler than I had imagined. So to anyone not feeling a standing up yoga today: I've been there and also did this! If I can do it, you can do it too. The only thing to make this practice even better is laying down in shavasana for about 1.5 hours 😂Namasté

    I could hear Carole King sing: " I Feel The Earth Move Under My Feet" Sun, Sand and Adriene on an yellow yoga mat, pure joy even it's a bit misty day here. Catching up SPARK final Days 30 and 31 done. This is such a feel good flow, Namaste 💙. Next BEGIN, haven't made up the color for the month of August yet. Hope to finninsh catching up tonight🌠

    I did this practice in conjunction with the Grateful calendar. I have been doubting myself and forgetting my strength after a rough year with health. Sometimes I have trouble completing yoga practices because of anxiety in letting go. However I'm getting tired of living like that so my new mantra is "Do the hard thing" which I've never been good at doing. This yoga practice was my hard thing for the day and I wanted to thank you for it.

    i did the beginning part of the practice with my eyes closed and i really felt myself focused on how my body feels in relation to the ground it was magical i felt so rooted

    Feeling so much better now after this slow flow one. Did ♎ balance ocean right before this having a hard time following. Almost done YWA every day this year, and when I dont go the even little way of yogi the spirit and inner peace is missing. Have an awesome spring& summer from sweden.

    I went with this strength building flow today, taking it slow, attention to detail, one Ujjayi breath for each move. I did miss out the vinyasas and go straight to downward dog Adriene, but otherwise made it right through 🙏 what a beautiful location on that Nicaraguan beach ? I was transported for 20 mins 😆😊 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

    Adriene, I've been doing your Yoga Camp every day - it's really helped me out. 1 - To have a daily intention 2 - To be more present 3 - To trust...to take my eyes off the video and just go with the flow 4 - To be more connected to my body, myself, & my breathing 5 - And...To have fun and be myself!     I was extremely stressed out by the workload and my master thesis. I skipped my morning yoga and thought that i wouldn't find time for it today but i.m so happy i did. I've been here for 70 days and never have i ever enjoyed any sport more than todays practice! You're my life saver!

    FLOW 🪷 | May 30, 2022 | I've loved spending the last few days with Adriene on the beach! This is another quick flow that still gets into all the good stuff: building strength, ocean breath and yummy twists. My legs were feeling a bit tired from the last couple of flows so I spent a little extra time stretching them out afterwards. One more day of Flow before we move into Energize ⚡️!

    As always exactly what I needed. I must be in line with a huge gigantic blessing because each day is full of new emotional challenges and awareness and it’s hard to shake off when each day is a new challenge and I’m still getting over yesterday. And then yoga. God wants me to win because when I show up, I am blessed. Each flow is what I needed. I don’t pick they are recommended and it’s perfect always. Thank you Adrienne.

    DELIGHT ✨ | July 27, 2024 | My first yoga practice without my four legged friend and my heart is breaking a little. 💔 But I got through it, with some modifications for my sore elbow in planks/vinyasas. 🙏

    Thank you so much for this beautiful moment. I bursted out in tears near the end of the video and the tears were just flowing. I don't know why, don't really care to find out either. It just felt so good. I think I really needed this, so thank you

    I love the fact you get just what you need in a short period of time. Not long and drawn out practices like some online. Your videos encourage me to do yoga on days I don’t go to class and I don’t have to spend a huge amount of time to get my practice in. 🧘🏽‍♀️
