- I got a request a while back if i could show how the Leviathan box content would be in OPR 3rd edition. So i decided to make this video and show you all how i made it.

I might look at the Psychophage as maybe as a Flamebeast and the Neurotyrant as a Snatcher Lord or different version of the prime warrior.

Really interesting.. I don't own the Leviathan box, but it's always inspiring to see how armies are build.. I think you made great choices and definitely two armies that will give each other a good and equal fight! Thanks
Thank you very much mate, ii had to jump back and forth a bit to see what would fit the best to get them close to their 40K counterparts... but in the end it is all up to anyone howerver they want to build their list. This is just how I did it hehe. Both armies are very close for points, alien hives a bit more but this is especially because i added the spores to it.Thanks for watching 😁🙏
For those looking at the final points totals and thinking, "wow, that seems really high", you are correct. OPR tends to skew much higher in points for equivalent models in Warhammer. A 2000 pt list in OPR will have a much lower model count. If you want to use more of your models, in line with game sizes for Warhammer, agree with your opponent to a higher points game.
I, for one, like the higher points costs. You can feel like you've got a "full" army at much lower model count, which is great for beginners.
You are completely right mate 👍. They do have a larger points cost and it does lend to getting in the game a lot quicker and easier for new players. It is a great system and I think OPR did a good job with 3rd edition. The only thing I have to look at a bit deeper is the caster system, magic...it's quite different but I am getting the hang of it hehe.

How did you change the names of the units to the official 40k ones? Whenever I do that on Army Forge it says something like it being a copyright infringement.
Hmm, that's strange, I just edit the Names of the units at the top of the unit name. I never had any issues with copyright. Try doing it when you are not logged in to army forge...maybe that helps. I do print the pages and don't save them... hope it works out for you and thank you very much for watching 😉👍
Psycho Phage cost almost 500 points and has like no AP. Also the barbgaunts are in a group of 3 with no toughness and 5 up defence. No reason to take them. If someone looks at them they will pop
Yeah that's true but the model is cool though hehe. I just show how I converted the box content. No reason things can't be swapped out for different models and units 😉. Thanks for watching 👍.

The support guants have indirect so you hid them to compensate for their bad defense.
