- This battle is a stand alone battle report in my Tales of the Grimdark battles. Each one is a stand alone with an open end that has, if there is request for it, options to have a sequel ;).
In this battle i am experimenting with some homebrew elves i've been playing with. So most likely the stats will change after this.
I do in advance appologies for the mistakes as i am filming past 2am.
With that said i do hope you enjoy the battle.

Nice video man! Very cool! Regarding the Mortal rule, if it is a successful attack and the target does not defend it, the target suffers 3 wounds. basically an attack that does 3 damage, but if the target has the Regeneration rule, it makes 3 rolls trying to regenerate each wound

Thank you very much. I am happy that you enjoy my battle reports. I don´t use the AI rules and Always try to play both sides for the win. But you can always try the AI system from OPR, it is quite good. Thanks for watching 🙏

Thank you very much, glad you liked it. No not really, it's my own color scheme. I liked it to look less vibrant without the purple and white of the Leviathan hive. But it´s just my own version hehe. Thanks for watching 🙏
Is this using some advanced rules or something? The flow of melee were played in a very different way to how I understand the rules. My biggest gripe here was how the aliens weren't fighting back for no apparent reason (maybe you wanted the elves to win for narrative purposes) or were taking morale tests before striking back.
I know hehe, i apologize for that. , I always use a little homebrew combat system though, but I did forget a lot of things in this video here. As I mentioned in the beginning...It was 2am when filming this hehe. But no, I did not want the elves to win. Just tiredness catching up with me. I only noticed it during editing the video 😊. I still hope you enjoyed the video and I always try not forget rules, lucky I just play against myself. Thanks for watching and commenting, i appreciate that 🙏
I have enjoyed the video overall. The filming is good, the models and scenery is very nice, I like the short format without excessive player banter (an advantage of solo games, I guess).
