Thanks man, i was really doubting between 27 and 32 1440p monitors. Very nice setup you have peace!
$70 at Costco, I got 4, YEET!
New year new setup.
It's looking good Crash.
Thank you!
These use VA panels. The 32GP83 is the IPS version, which might be better suited for a triple setup, though more expensive. Still a good deal on these ones from Costco!
After endless searching for a similar monitor and trying to deny your suggestion; I have come to the conclusion that this is indeed the best choice for 32" triples at a reasonable price. Thanks for the video, mate!
Thank you!
Just got the same ones! Costco has great deals, $70 off making them $229.99 each!
Nice setup! Over the years, I have tried triple 24's, 28's, & 32's. I will be getting 40's next. I looked at those LG's in the past, I did not like their VESA mount, but they are great monitors. Later Crash!
Hey bud!! Actually didn't have an issue with their mount but so far loving the monitors.
whic gpu is enough for triple screen 1080
@@kaali9014 a 1080ti or a 2080ti should do it.
Looking good buddy!😃👌
Thank you very much!!
Thanks for the video man.. what bezel kits are you using for these 32" LG's? I just got mine delivered but waiting for my rig.
Asus bezel free kit
I am building my rig now. I did go with these monitors. I bought the TRX. Man I love the rom and shift gauge. I would love to talk to you to help me get started.
Great video! How did you mount the Bezel Free Kit on those monitors? I bought the exact same monitors and I’m wondering how mount the bezel kit.
You need to buy Asus bezel free kit extenders or 3d print them yourself as I did. It's basically just cards to extend it.
Looks even more immersive! Looks awesome!!
Bro when u trying it?!
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS you should try some evening driving as well
@@Djk0t I need to that would be cool
Great video! Were you using your RTX 3090 GPU in this video? If so, what are the frame rates you are getting? Love the racing.
I do not have that GPU any longer so I cannot say exactly but with adjusting some settings, I never felt the fps was horrible. Thank you for the kind words!
Incredible setup. For my first rig I was thinking about going single screen. But then Im tempted of getting 32 monitors instead for the wraparound immersion aspect. Also where you get that DDU display from?
My first rig was an old TV and it was awesome! But if your budget allows go for three. My dash is from Chimera Racing. But there are many on the market to choose from.
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS thanks a lot
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS Not only about just buying triples, you also need a decent Pc and GPU to run them and for some people it's a huge cost, in saying that you cant beat the immersion of triples, I went from G9 49inch Superwide to triple 32 and absolutely love the new setup could never go back to a single screen. Cheers
What is the model number exactly please?
I'm seriously thinking of building a triple setup with the same monitor. Is the size enough? Are you using a standalone monitor stand or is the stand mountend on your rig?
Stand alone monitor stand, I recommend a good 80/20 stand, yes the size gives you great immersion.
Hey, you’ve got a similar set up to me, would you mind telling me what software you’re running for the overhead monitor with the map?
Sim racing dashboard
Hi Crash. Thx for the video. What camera did you use here
GoPro hero 9+black
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS thnx bud
Can you share you FOV, height and distance settings for ACC?
Pretty much just use fov calculators.. I'm 29 inches from the screen
just ordered 3 of these. anything ill need to know or buy for my sim rig. I am coming from a Samsung G9 so i hope this adds some immersion. anything i need thanks
These are big monitors so a stable stand to handle monitors of this size, and make sure u have 3 display ports available to get the most out of the set-up
Updates? These are VA panels so have you had any problems with that?
@@AdhamHossam165 I have the same ones and love them
But they're VA panels. So how is the inverse ghosting? 355 nits is max brightness fyi. Not nearly enough for a good HDR experience.
What's an alternative?
Looks great Dude!
Thank you so much brother!
What card are you running and how are they all connected? I would assume displayport for each in order to run the 165hz
At the time 3090, now I'm running a 4090 yes all dp and HDMI going to my desk monitor.
what about the 4th monitor? @@RTAMOTORSPORTS
What about 55” tv screens? Are 32” screens deemed to be better?
Not necessarily, PC screens can have lower latency and technologies like adaptive frame rates.
love it. might even order the same monitors but get rid of that gauge
Heyyyy I love my guage hahahahah I actually haven't mounted with a GoPro mount so I could unclip it at any time I might just do that and only clip it in when I'm racing classic vehicles or stock car.
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS love the gauge, what is it? where can i buy one?
@@Carbon_Simracing I purchased this one from simracing studio, it works with their motion software really seamlessly
Hey there... can you tell me where you got the tach with that shift led light? Thx in advance!
Sim racing studio
Just checked... bummer.. don't see it on their site. Must be sold out.. oh well.. I'll get something else. Thx!
Hi Crash, i bought the same monitor for the new comming Montreal showroom ;-) - that's seems to be great monitor for simracing.
Awesome! Yeah I've been really enjoying this monitor and feature's. It has been great so far!
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS which monitor settings are using ? Seeing any ghosting?
@@Djk0t still using "gaming 1" and so far no issues. Its working great with the adaptive FPS
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS thank you looks awesome are you using any particular icc profile?
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS any issue with viewing angle? Now that you gave used them some do you think that it would have been better if you had curved monitors? I am torn between flat or curved triples but still undecided
Hello, do you have the fov setting? I play iRacing do you have that information please
Sorry for the late reply, I just use sampsoid.com their fov calculator and explanations are the best in my opinion
Awesome setup! Curious, what's the GTG response time on these monitors?
On New Egg states 5ms GTG, 1ms MBR
@RTA MOTORSPORTS Looks awesome! Can't wait to get my setup completed. Looking to use the RTX 4070ti with triple 32s.
What speakers are you using?
@@mervyoung5397 that's going to be a great set-up
@@mervyoung5397 I bought some Klipsch computer speakers from Costco just stereo but I normally race with headphones
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS Nice! I picked up a used set of Logitech Z-5500 5.1 THX/DTS speakers (with stands), which I think should do the trick nicely for sound immersion.
Crash hi excellent stuff thank you. Quick question if you could help. What is the width depth of the screen at the bottom cevtrer ? I have the dd1 and want to place it just above the shaft behind the wheel. Thanks in advance
I'll try to get you that measurement tomorrow morning! Sorry took long to reply
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS 👍🙏
@@Djk0t so sorry I'm actually at the airport, have to fly out real quick but on their site the measurements are 28.1" x 16.9" x 2.0". The base isn't the thickest pt but it is pretty thick, I would say it's 1.5-2 inches
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS thank you
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS thank you. Also some rain racing in acc would be interesting as well
Which sim racing stand are you using for this monitors
Next level elite stand is what I'm now using
Whats the angle for the side monitors? Thanks
If I remember correctly I think it's around 43 degrees
Do you still have this emersion with single seaters like f1 cause im scared when i get triples i won't have much emersion cause above the halo the screens would end
If you get your fov, seating distance and screen angles rite it feels great!
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS tysm man!
It looks like you taped the monitors together what is that?
It's the asus bezel free kit. It eliminates the bezels.
Would a 3060Ti be capable of running 3 1440p monitors?
Hard to say, that's a powerful GPU but titles are getting harder and harder to run
Nice set up.. can I ask why u never stuck to VR?
I still do VR just here and there to be honest with you mostly because when I'm racing on live streaming lol and it's tough to do VR live streaming I also like to be able to see my button box and my rig. But I still enjoy VR Sim racing I just do both
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS ye understandable with the streaming..How are you finding ur racing consistency on triples compared to VR?? I currently only have VR but been considering getting triples as secondary hence the questions lol
@@SURG3NT I would say if I can maintain a high refresh rate and frame rate in my VR headset my consistency in VR is probably higher because I get a better sense of speed... But with the larger triples I get more of a enveloping wraparound which also shows me more of my peripheral view out of the side windows which helps me get my sense of speed.
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS ok thanks for the info, at the minute I’m using the new Varjo, problem being is Gpu’s are holding the headset back in some titles always have to tinker with graphic settings.. think I’m going to try triples also thanks 👍
@@SURG3NT which Varjo headset are you using?! I been looking into those
Wish I could get these in the uk
They're not avail in UK? They are good but not the best monitors out there, I'm sure you'll have better options
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS I'm looking for a triple monitor setup and want to take advantage of the black Friday deals but have no idea what to buy
what speakers are you using
Using the Drop seinheiser colab Headphones
Hi thanks for a great video can you please tell me how wide are the 3 monitors together on the angels you are using i am trying to work out how much space i will need thank you
32 or 43 ?
32
Don't regret it is flat and not curved ? I am hesitated
Personally I would have rather gotten curved, but these were significantly cheaper at the time
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS I Try trple flat 32 yesterday, and I was like...NO! Seem now obsolete and less immersive. My choice is done :)
Are you still impressed and happy with these monitors? BTW thx for Video
Very much so!!
Thank you for watching!!
@@RTAMOTORSPORTS Well I just bought three of them to set up my first triples and bought my first Sim Rig to mount everything on. With your testing of the monitors what was the best settings to have monitor on for iRacing?
will never go under 42 inch monitor
If I had the room I probably would do the same
$500 is NOT budget for 32" QHD
The monitors I have are 229 each at Costco
209 at Walmart today
I search for a monitor rewiev, i found a random guy flex his setup... nice bait man, time to leave.
You’re a kook, he was reviewing the monitors the entire video.
