    My 2 favorite Mikes! These 2 guys are as real as can be, from spending some time with them! ❤️
    I agree with 'Angeles Mike' that there isn't much of a "community" with the Angeles Vloggers. But I'm hoping to stay in contact with 'Angeles Mike' and see what we can do to change that.
    I know, from personal experience, that 'Dumaguete Mike' is part of his Vlogger community, and they stay relatively friendly. We need more of that in Angeles (Pampanga).

ASK the developer .How long will it take the Certificate of Title and DOS (notarized ) once the cash payment is released? . 6 months to 1 year, reasonable process . Be sure it is in Contract to Sell. 9PM at night half the condos in BGC Manila are not lite up so assume they are vacant. Developers and sellers are playing the long game believing prices will continue to rise. With the recession scares in Japan and US 2 weeks ago, this plan may back fire. Luckily rents are still cheap with an over supply of rentals on the market.

    I think it’s just a sign of a new times, that condos will get smaller and smaller and pricier.
    I don’t know if that’s going to change anytime soon.
    In Lapu-lapu I had a showing for brand new construction condo and it was $6.6 million for a tiny studio one bedroom with not even a full kitchen with a countertop hot plate.

    I live in Angeles with my gf. Got here in 2016. Moved around every few years looking for a better place to live but I couldn't find it. Problem with living out in the province is nothing works and no expats to talk to, even getting money out of the ATM can be a disaster and no mall to buy Milk, cheese, etc. Angeles has decent infrastructure and great internet, can get fiber with converge, it's the best internet I've had in the Philippines. I avoid walking street mostly, there are a few expat local bars nearby.

    • @owen7412
      @owen7412 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@josephsassone3753 the price would be all over the place. It could be 5000p a month or 25,000p a month. I don't try to go too cheap as you will most likely hate the neighborhood in the cheap places. They are overcrowded, noisy, polluted and possibly dangerous. I am currently paying 18,000p a month for a 2 bedroom apartment unfurnished in a subdivision with security. I live on a dead end road so noise is minimal. I prefer unfurnished as appliances/beds are cheap here, I furnish a place for under $1000USD, then everything is new, I'm not dealing with worn out junk I don't want. I also gave up on furniture, it is bad quality here. I just buy a plastic table and chairs and a nice spring mattress with a metal frame.
