I work out with a friend. Monday and thursday. Each of us in our own home because we have babies. But we send eachother messages about the workout, if it was difficult etc! Works great.

I've completely my track over the past year. Nerves and stress have taken the best of me, and I am back to my binge-eating, sugar addiction and lazy habits. But starting right now, I have made the resolution to go back to being healthy and show myself some love by taking good care of my body. I'm slightly overweight at 60 kg right now, but during the course of this month, I want to get a couple kg off, completely quit sugar, and go back to working out. Thanks, Cassey

The Divine Gypsy Witch it is amazing how something as innocent and quotidian as sugar can make so much harm and take so much willpower to quit, right? But I'm so sure we can both beat it! I'm also very worried about my health, as my entire family has a history of diabetes, and my sweet tooth is constantly getting hold of my actions whenever food is around. But boy, I'm determined to stop sugar from taking over my life once for all!
NunukitaHanon sometimes I can go days without eating sugar but then I binge and eat candy like all day or, I find something sweet somehow, its pretty scary, and I know hoe to eat healthy its challenging sometimes, though.
NunukitaHanon try not to worry too much about sugar! Sugar can actually be quite healthy when mixed with the fiber in whole foods like fruit. I suggest trying out a whole foods plant-based diet. Meat, eggs and dairy products contain lots of saturated fat and cholesterol that clog arteries and make it hard to lose weight. On a plant-based diet you get to eat all the wonderful sugars that your body craves without calorie restriction! For example, I blend up some frozen bananas, almond or cashew milk and cocao powder for lunch and it keeps me super energized. I recommend watching What the Health on Netflix (it's life-changing) and trying taking the free 22 day challenge at challenge22.com. I wish you all the best! x

When I fall off the wagon, I'd love to read something inspirational to tune in myself a bit before bed. I feel better when I go to bed with positive energy because that will set the tone for the day after. And I'd love to go to sleep early to get a good night's sleep. Going to bed too late, let's say after midnight, doesn't serve my body and I would feel groggy the next day which affects my mood and energy level. That's how I start to reset myself when I feel down or off the track. Thank you for sharing your tips. They are very helpful!
Yay!! Today I did five of the side plank leg lift front crunches on my right side without the modification! I could only do one on the left side, but I'll keep working on getting that side stronger!

Oh I need this so bad, I use to do ALL your workout routines back in 2013 and it helped so much with my asthma and I actually lost weight, I was so proud of myself and I really want to get back on track with my workout routine now that life settled down (I got married, moved, went back to school and got a demanding job). This is my second day of workouts on my new vegan swede mat and LOVE IT!!! Even w/ an injury or a really bad day, you can always make yourself stronger. The eating healthy part just goes along with it - the better you eat, the better your body perform and the better you feel. Feeling great is honestly motivation in itself.

One of the big reasons I fell off the wagon was from being so hard on myself about so many different reasons. School was getting stressful and it hard to get things done even when I had the time. I used to watch a lot of your videos when I was in high school and didn’t have a gym to go to. In my last year in college, I am changing up my fitness style and starting to become more motivated, just like you said in this workout video. Thank you! January, 17th, completed! One of my goals this year was to start Pilates when I was ready after being sick for 2 weeks while sticking with it even if it isn’t every day. This video is a great reminder of this goal I have. These were difficult today 😅 I’m so glad! I feel kinda sad now because over the summer I worked out a lot with Blogilates and running and got fit where I could tolerate several videos and enjoyed it a lot, but now that schools taking up a big part of my life, I’m gaining weight and I can barely do any of this anymore. When I fall off the wagon, I remind my self of the principles and behaviors I used to get myself where I am today. I focus on those principles and make myself do them again! For example, when I fall off the wagon with controlling my portions, I begin to eat my food very slowly so my body can accurately signal me when I'm full. When I skip my morning runs for a week, I remind myself how good I feel after a run and go out and do it!
I just came across this video during my training (the first one after some time of terrible passivity) so now I'm feeling completely obliged to do this right now. Well Cassey, thanks for your perfect timing!😅💕💗
When I fall off it's typically due to nutrition and basically food addictions. So I completely abstain as much as I can by doing some sort of fast. I am currently doing a celery juice fast! This always helps me get over those food cravings and completely resets my body as well as my mind!

Ok...this video came right on time! Like...seriously! o.o I sooooo needed this right now! I am so off the track right now because lately my life has been so chaotic -constant travelling and stress, and I just didn't have the time to work out, and when I finally did have time I felt awful for letting myself go and not do what I had to do and it made me lose motivation in a way! I didn't have the chance to open the video sooner, but for me, it's like opening it at the perfect time xD THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I love your workouts so much! These types of workouts really help me and it's easier with you talking because it distracts from my legs being on FIRE!!! I just wanted to know how many times a week I should be doing these types of workouts to see great results. I've started 3 weeks ago, 5-6 days a week and lost 3lbs. so, *yay me*! Also, when I fall off the wagon (which is a big struggle for me) I use an ACV cleanser for a week to help with my bloating and everything and if I eat more than I should then I would work out twice a day for a week then go back to my regular schedule (20-30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week). your workouts are super motivating yet tough and I love them. Day 23 of the beginner's calendar is complete! Today's workout was difficult and painful. For this video, I had to do the all modifications for the exercises, especially since the past 2 videos of the day were very ab heavy exercises. I hope I can one day do this video without the modifications.
I have put on 7lbs livin in Thailand cos I am bored at work.. snacks galore. So. Yes. U are correct dont beat urself up. Just crack on and do it again. Change is natural

I find it's great to do youtube workouts to break up boring choirs too- like i clean the kitchen, then do a video, clean my room do another haha
I feel kinda sad now because over the summer I worked out a lot with Blogilates and running and got fit where I could tolerate several videos and enjoyed it a lot, but now that schools taking up a big part of my life, I’m gaining weight and I can barely do any of this anymore. I regret not working out for so long and I’m trying to get back on track even though I’m struggling significantly. Thanks for your commitment to making videos for everyone, Cassey 🖤

When I fall off the wagon, I remind my self of the principles and behaviors I used to get myself where I am today. I focus on those principles and make myself do them again! For example, when I fall off the wagon with controlling my portions, I begin to eat my food very slowly so my body can accurately signal me when I'm full. When I skip my morning runs for a week, I remind myself how good I feel after a run and go out and do it!

I’ve been extremely off lately, and I decided to just go and workout and this video really inspired me! I love you❤️
When I fall off it's typically due to nutrition and basically food addictions. So I completely abstain as much as I can by doing some sort of fast. I am currently doing a celery juice fast! This always helps me get over those food cravings and completely resets my body as well as my mind!
Cassey I also love eating lmao and about getting back on track, I'm just working on it! I injured myself a while ago and after that I just seemed to lose track, it feels so good to be trying again, thank you!!!
The way i can get back to the track is by looking at my photos through years and seeing how much i've changed not only physicaly but mentaly too i can see how hard i've worked and how happy i am right now.. and i be like NO WAY I CANNOT JUST STOP DOING THIS

Ok...this video came right on time! Like...seriously! o.o I sooooo needed this right now! I am so off the track right now because lately my life has been so chaotic -constant travelling and stress, and I just didn't have the time to work out, and when I finally did have time I felt awful for letting myself go and not do what I had to do and it made me lose motivation in a way! I didn't have the chance to open the video sooner, but for me, it's like opening it at the perfect time xD THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I love your workouts so much! These types of workouts really help me and it's easier with you talking because it distracts from my legs being on FIRE!!! I just wanted to know how many times a week I should be doing these types of workouts to see great results. I've started 3 weeks ago, 5-6 days a week and lost 3lbs. so, *yay me*! Also, when I fall off the wagon (which is a big struggle for me) I use an ACV cleanser for a week to help with my bloating and everything and if I eat more than I should then I would work out twice a day for a week then go back to my regular schedule (20-30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week). your workouts are super motivating yet tough and I love them. Thanks, Cassey!!

Day 23 of the beginner's calendar is complete! Today's workout was difficult and painful. For this video, I had to do the all modifications for the exercises, especially since the past 2 videos of the day were very ab heavy exercises. I hope I can one day do this video without the modifications.

I was slacking with my workouts because of my low blood issue but now that I got my energy back I just take it a day at a time. Btw this was a tough workout! This is definitely something that I gotta keep working at.
