Today we are going to be working your glutes - giving you a great kick butt booty routine as I discuss my life tips for living the life that you want. If you take just one of these tips and apply it to your life now, you will see a positive change that will set you on the path to your own personal success.
    5 butt lifting exercises:
    1. Straight leg pulses
    2. Straight leg circles
    3. Low rainbow butt
    4. Cross butt kick
    5. Side pulse of death
    5 life tips for living up to your potential:
    1. Do more of what makes you happy. Do less of what doesn't.
    2. Just do it.

    I have a medical condition that leaves me with INCREDIBLY weak joints, and while I used to go to the physical therapist, I simply can't afford to go to PT 3 times a week for the rest of my life. But, oh Cassey, your videos have helped me more than the PT ever did! The pilates strengthens my muscles around my joints, isn't too harsh on the body like so many other peoples' workout videos, and you're so positive to boot! You're such an inspiration to me, every single day.

    I'm starting high school in two days and Cassey has been really motivating me latelty. I'm super stressed about starting and I want to be more confident in myself and I always feel better after doing a workout with Cassey!     Phew! This one was soo tough. I had to go to my forearms at the end, my wrists were so sore. You did an amazing job talking AND exercising. I just huff and puff ha ha.

    The thing Cassey says about communication is so true. About a year ago I had horrible anxiety and my mother couldn't understand why I was acting the way I was. Our relationship went backward because of it. Then one day I sat her down and explained everything. That I didn't know why I got anxiety attacks. That it's not something I could make up and that it's not something I want in my life. After that she booked me an appointment with a therapist and it helped both of us to understand my condition. A year later my life is so much better and I almost never get attacks anymore.

    I know it's annoying but I keep seeing these comments saying 1 like = one day of no junk food. I guess it really gives them motivation and I need motivation myself so one like= one day of no junk food, trust me its gonna be hard for me Cus I love junk food but I gotta lose weight by 22 sept since its my birthday!

      Hey! Best of luck!!! You can do it, girl. Remember not to be harsh on yourself, though. You can do whatever YOU want to your body, but it's ok if you don't get what you wanted (most important things are to be strong/-er and healthy) :)

    Last year, I got married. This year, people (family, friends, etc) expects a baby. We want to be financially sound before committing to a child and they don't understand how expensive it can be to provide for an extra person while maintaining a certain level of living for us. They are putting so much pressure on us and they seem like good people but they don't understand when we tell them our plan. House first then children later. They have parents who will support them in times of needs and we do not. Trying to work through this without ruining relationships.

    Can you PLEASE always say switch when it's time to switch what we're working out! I don't know how many times I've kept going for one minute on one leg and then had to do a full minute on the other as well. Other than that, please make more of these videos, love them!

    Your inspiration never ceases to do its job!! Currently, I'm about to enter my senior year of high school, and I have so many things I need to get done. This includes college applications, college auditions (I'm going into music), my part-time job, swim team (I'm captain this year, and I have to wake up for practice at 4:15 am), SATs and studying for them, AP summer work and essays, general summer school work, choir activities, writing music, applying for scholarships, and attending school. I've never felt so stressed in my entire life, and taking a little time to work out with your videos and inspiration is so good for my mind and body.       Yes! I find myself giving up too quick on workout videos where it's silent as you do your workout. I just can't seem to get into those type of video workouts, but this was great! I was burning so bad but listening to her speak was passing the time much quicker and felt easier to continue when all I wanted to do was give up. This was the first video I've seen from Blogilates, but it will most definitely not be the last! :D

    I love hearing your advice and I try my best to follow it! My problem right now in my life is that I don't know exactly what makes me happy other than doing your videos and working out in general. I used to dance and I loved that and choreographing dance too. But my mom made me pick something to do and I'm doing a vet assisting program right and I'm right in the middle of it. But I'm learning that I don't love it and I don't see myself doing it, i feel like I'm being forced to finish this program. My mom says she doesn't understand me and she tries to tell me that she doesn't have the job she loves. But also I have social anxiety and I'm an introvert and not good around people so I don't think I could be a pop Pilates instructor. I just don't know what to do with my life and I'm desperate for advice.

      Can you see yourself finishing this vet program or is it so bad that you just wanna quit? Cause it's always good to have something like that in your CV, so maybe you could try stick it out to the end and then try and find out what you want and pick up dancing again. Maybe even study dancing/choreography?
      Whenever I see blogilates videos I'm thinking to myself "hey I would love to do what she does, help and inspire people to become their best selves" but then I go see my therapist and she tells me I'm not ready yet and my shyness and social anxiety are still too obvious. xD but I'm working on myself to become more open and less awkward, and I like to believe you can become a fitness instructor even if you're not super hyped and bubbly but instead quiet and focused, you know, kinda sending out peace and calmness... :D

      I'm in a similar boat. I love dancing and musical theatre, but was too nervous to pursue it. I do it recreationally, and I start grad school in the fall. It's hard to do something, especially something you're part way through if you don't love it - and you know what your passion is. I don't know if it's the right advice, but if you can, try and complete the program. If you can't do it, then it may not be a bad move to move onto something you do love.

    can you do one on how to motivate yourself to keep trying(like how to orgnise your life for the best)? Also an you do one on how to get stronger arms and legs? I've got thin arms and i dont want them fatter but instead muscle.

      Hey I know you asked her, but a suggestion I have is look up study youtubers. Even if you aren't studying a lot of them go by routine and they motivate me a lot in everyday life which keeps me doing stuff rather than lazing around :)

      Have you sat down and talked with them yet? Explain why they make you feel bad? Sometimes it's miscommunication or a lack of communication entirely that is the source of the problem!

      The longer you go without eating junk and sweets the easier it gets. I’m done eating sugar for ever and it’s easier to not eat sweets even if right in front of me. You can do it.

    Cassey! You never said to switch so I ended up doing rainbow for two minutes on one leg. Which meant I had to even it out. I'm only 'complaining' because I just started today's calendar workout. I shall be dead soon.

    I'm studying to be a nurse and I'm studying basically 24/7. I love it but it's so exhausting and time consuming that I can't get up to go to the gym, I eat so much more unhealthy than I used to do and I have no idea how to fit it all in. Does anyone have some motivating words for me?? 😩😩😩

      +Nicole Friesen - Just remember to make time for yourself if possible! When you retire and you are old and grey, your only going to regret the things you didn't do. Just remove all unheathly things (food, friends, ect.) from your life and motive yourself to get stronger and work harder, because nurses make others feel better, but you can't do that if you don't feel good about yourself. Xx

      Hey Nicole! I'm also an engineering student and I struggle with fitting fitness in my schedule! Just remember that yes, studying is important, but personal time is essential to your wellbeing. You have to schedule a
      small chunk of your time to train and consider it as part of your priority, because that's the only way for you to stay consistent with it! I started out with 30 mins, 3 times a week, and then progressed from there! Do what you can, and ease into it! It's incredibly difficult especially when exam season starts, but the endorphins are good for mental clarity as well--ultimately this is what you need for studying so this is also beneficial for you!! Good luck, you got this!!

      Same thing happens to me. I am overweight, so I blame it on that, on having so much upper body weight on my wrists. Tips: go on your forearms or try to balance yourself so that most of your weight is on your legs when you are doing these exercises.

    I just finished September 3rd workout, it's my first time doing this and I want to say that I am so proud of myself, I feel like I can do literally anything right now.     I Just graduated from university and I've been going through a lot of personal growth in the last two years. I am realizing that I held myself back so much with negative thought patterns (fear of failing, not being good enough, etc.), and I also had a lot of friends held me back too. Now, I have starting ending friendships that don't bring positivity into my life and I have started applying for jobs that I always convinced myself I would never qualify for. I feel like I tore everything away that was familiar and I am finally building a life I want. It all started with fitness, too. I have been lifting more weights, and working out to your videos and it's really changing my life for the better. And while it seems that things are not happening as quickly as I would like, things are slowly coming together!

    Yesss Cassey! This speaks volume to me. I quit my job of 3 years back in June because my manager was literally the only negative person I had in my life, I felt so stagnant at that place and she was so full of negativity about everything. I was unemployed for about a month and a half and I was the happiest I've been in a long time. I'm also one of those people who thinks of all the things that could happen, trying to talk myself out of it instead of just jumping in and doing it. I'm learning to set small achievable goals for myself since I have a big year ahead of me. Thank you for doing what you love and showing all of us positivity 💗 also, the highlight you used in this video is gorgeous! I couldn't stop looking at it during the video 😍
