Horned Adder stuck under sliding door

Francois received a call out from a homeowner who was concerned about a snake which got itself stuck underneath the sliding door. The homeowner noticed the snake the previous day, but decided to leave the snake hoping that it would move off on its own. The snake was gone the next morning, however when she opened the sliding she noticed that the snake was stuck underneath the door. all in all the homeowner felt terrible about the incident.
