Very feisty Spotted Bush Snake!

Francois and Kerstin received a call-out for a zebra snake that turned out to be a massive and a very fighting fit Spotted Bush Snake. He was busy eating a skink when we got there, but regurgitated it again. because they have no venom and swallow their prey whole, the skink was still alive and could live another day. after the capture we took him out to the field to release it again.
