the plastic OEM ones get brittle then crack and break off. If they break, it's practically impossible to remove and you'll need to replace the entire coolant hose. Replacing them with the metal ones ensure they won't crack and break off. A simple screw can save a big headache down the line. Preventative maintenance

Do you refill the anti freeze for the turbo coolant tank on the left back with the same you use for the radiator?
So does the bugger one not need the o ring? The new kits came with o rings for both

What size is the small one?
I believe it is M6x10mm.
The other one is m8x12mm
