Hello, Olivia! Thank you for wonderful workouts. They are really brilliant, but... Could you consider making that bleep sound in the beginning of each excercise not so loud while editing the video (chosing a different template, perhaps)? A short bleep would be much appreciated. I workout in the morning and that loud long bleep is just a real dread factor for me( When I make the volume down, I barely hear the music and when the music volume is alright, that bleep is so loud(
Great workout but my waist doesn't seem smaller and my belly isn't flat yet. :| My average heart rate was 127bpm, so just into zone 2 and the highest was 146, so upper zone 3 and I burned 283 active calories during the workout and 38 during the cooldown. It was a nice workout though, as a way to end my workouts for the day, so thank you very much for such a pleasant time.
Olivia, you have evolved so much. You don't bore people like others do and you have us train hard while having fun❤
