Full Body Morning Yoga Flow to Wake Up and Energize

- This is an intermediate to advanced power full-body morning yoga flow class. This vinyasa yoga workout sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility through a yoga practice. Tim uses detailed instructions to help produce a well-aligned flow to help you move better and feel your best. The class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury-free and help you to understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit.
The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, along with principles from Power and Vinyasa yoga.
This class was filmed at my house, with my dog Ollie.

I've been practicing yoga since I was 14 and I want to express gratitude for your energy, humour, knowledge and great teaching. No matter how long you practice, there is always something to learn. I have been attending yoga classes for a while, and I have just followed Tim's morning flow. I think this is an excellent 'add-on' to my class practice and will be joining the Conscious Movement Community. I am now in my 60s and and looking to those aspects of exercise which are linked to spirituality. Thanks to Tim for offering these videos, especially in the way in which he tells yogis to be conscious of what they can achieve by awareness of their own body. A worthwhile investment for health, endurance and a more contented life.

Whoa! Surprisingly challenging! After this class, we will all need a “credenza” of water! So glad we didn’t wake Ollie. I have to admit when you said we were doing the ab sequence a third time I cried out loud, “seriously???!!!”Ha! Many thanks. This class, along with many others of your sessions, will go on repeat. ❤

I loved all the balancing in this one! I had to skip over the core work at the end because my upper ribs are hurting but will revisit this again. I was happy to be able to do an intermediate/advanced class with little struggles, except for the rib thing. So happy to see this in by email. Thank you Tim.

Does anyone else find that the volume for some of Tim's yoga videos is a lot lower than other things on youtube? I sometimes have to use a volume booster in my browser to be able to hear him talking well enough to follow along.

Got my butt back into yoga after knee physio and a Canadian summer of indulging. Thank you Tim! There are some splices on the video you may want to fix for FLOW. Otherwise, another great class. A way to go to get back my yoga fitness but the juicy stretches felt great!😁
Hard for me to make a 30 min. In this case it came out to 40 minutes and I had to cut out some stuff 😅

With knee and back issues I found it very tough to start with twists and a deep lunge before warming up.😬

The editing on this one wasn't as good as prior videos. There's several spots when the camera angle changes and suddenly we've skipped a few steps in the pose. Love the variations in this one though!

Hey Tim you’re been lifting weights? You look bulked up. I know yoga doesn’t bring you that?
In Warrior III I keep cramping in the standing leg lateral hip area and not sure why. Do you think it's possible that I'm not stretching the hips enough? Appreciate the work you do and Blessings from NYC :)
Cramps can come if you’re applying too much effort, try backing out of the pose a bit by maybe using a block or too. Thanks 🙏
