Man, I want to thank you for making this! I guess Yoga Nidra isn't intended to induce sleep, but that's what I use it for. I have a hard time sleeping due to concerns about work. If I listen to this, I'm almost assured to get back to sleep. I might wake up again an hour or two later, and I just listen to it again to get some more sleep. Sure beats lying in bed at 1:00 AM staring at the ceiling. I must have listened to this a hundred times the last 2 months. Thank you again and I wish you all the best!
I did my 200 TTC , I got few students and I make them do yoga nidra monthly twice but sometimes I feel I need to do yoga nidra with someone cueing me. This video is so helpful for me to do yoga nidra now.
