Quick Morning Stretching Routine For Flexibility Mobility and Stiffness

- Welcome to this 10-minute full-body morning mobility and stretching routine to help improve flexibility and strength and release tension. This routine is excellent for all levels but will also help with beginner - intermediate levels to help open up their tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up the body.

Grateful! Thank you for this slower video. Focus on hips and shoulders is what I needed. I work at a desk all day, and those areas are tight. I did the video twice in a row and noticed an exponential difference!

This stretching routine is absolutely amazing. I decided to go for a stretch this time instead of full flow class as my body felt unusually tired and stiff. It made a world of difference to how I felt afterwards. Thank you Tim ❤

Thank you Tim. I did this practice back to back and I found myself more engaged in my body movement, I was able to slowly lengthen in each pose during the 2nd round. I find that having a mirror reminds me to position over my shoulders/wrist and hip/knee so not I don't sink down into the joints, also tried with blocks which is very good. Left me super relaxed but energized

I did this in the garden and it was bliss. I have 3 small children and we run a pub, and I’m an artist, so the small amounts of time I get to do yoga (which I haven’t managed to do for years) is sacred. Thank you for making it so easy to come back to. 🙏🏻

Thanks Tim for another excellent practice. Was nice to take my focus away from my back. I've been doing your back rehab video for about 6 weeks now and for the first time in goodness knows how long, I was able to reach round to my lower back on the left without any pain on the right. My husband keeps asking me why I don't do my own practices now I'm a teacher, I told him that you never stop learning yoga and you're hands down one of the best yoga teachers! I appreciate the guidance, love and light 🙏🏼🧘🏼♀️🤍

Sorry if you already did, but I just found 20+ bedtime routine.
Check out my back care classes they’ll work good before bed, and you need more than 10 minutes if you want to change things :)

Thankyou. I attempted this exercise though one year ago I had total knee surgery. So it wasn’t easy but I managed. I don’t know if it’s ok to continue with this. Anyway I enjoyed the session 🙏🏾

Hi Tim thanks for this. I was strength training yesterday and woke up with doms big time. Did this twice and feel way better. Although still frustrated after years of yoga still can’t make my body move into a squat. Any suggestions?

Thank you Tim. I love this practise and will definitely be incorporating it into my morning stretch routine. Quick question…. Why does pushing yourself around 70% into a stretch (that’s me!) impact the timeframe in which you begin to notice any changes in your body. This might be a long question thinking about it!😂
If you push into a stretch instead of relax the nervous system created more tension and prevents you from going further.

I thought it was random but I’ve been noticing recently male yoga instructors posting videos with them shirtless on the thumbnail but has their shirt on for the entire video. Is there a specific reason they do this?

I feel more heat in my knees at the end of the class. Felt grateful to do every movement and I would like to keep working on my flexibility to be able to squat and bend when I am 60,70,80,90 and hopefully 100
