I might get an apartment for about 12 months after that to have enough time to sell off all my stuff and my ton of vintage inventory for my Etsy shop. Then…..Thailand. 15 or so more months at the most!

Jason, Keep the Mazda and sell the Honda. A few repairs and a detail will get you a good price with the retention value of a Jazz in Thailand. PS: I watched the vid on my TV last night so didn’t comment until after lunch on Sunday, 6000+ views later. Well done.

I looked at Gatorade, and it looks like it is missing magnesium. The type of magnesium matters. If you pick the wrong type you can have diarrhea. I was having the same problem. I use magnesium glycinate

Whilst you were living at Whale Marina, did you have any smelly sewer issues over there by the canal (I read an online review that complained about the smell).
The canal did smell a bit at low tide but not too bad 👍👍👍
How about shelving the artificial grass idea and considering some outdoor sofas and table, your bbq, some decorative privacy thingies over the gate, loads more pots n plants for the green effect, mix in some wood maybe, and a water feature, which is not permanent, you could dress up a cement mixing tub, (landlord might not allow built in?) and a load of rocks around it etc and go from there creating a zone or 2 or 3....All of the above can be removed easily if you relocate, so no financial loss............Enjoyable vid as usual, looking forward to seeing everything evolve.....................

Not up on Thailand laws but here in Philippines a girl can sue you if you improve her life and then break up. Which can result in you having to pay monthly payments to her to compensate the difference. Your girl is smart and that is the scary part. Maybe on the side go to a lawyer and just to protect yourself ask a few questions? Here I don’t have a steady girl on purpose. I date at least two and none stay here more than a few days. My one I hired her as a caregiver employee. The horror stories here in Angeles City are unbelievable, millions of pesos scammed by hot young beautiful Filipinas. You seem cool that’s why I text you, I never text anyone but I after your clip I thought dude slow down and use protection in more ways than one.
